This is the best information I have had. After I was sent to have a blood test, which is done annually, and was asked to monitor my blood sugar over a month or more. I did not know the meaning then. But I noticed I was thirsty more often than before. I am 65 now - diagnosed at 63. A bit overweight 5 ft and 132 pounds, stopped smoking. Watched my weight and lost 10 pounds. This stuff has been great source of info.

    Just now I did anti gravity exercise..it was 170 at 1 hr 45 minutes after lunch. It reduces to 110 after 10 minutes of anti gravity exercise..It has immensely improved my blood sugar levels..

    After doing climbing of stairs exercise at night can we sleep immediately or do we need to be up for sometime...coz my mom had sleep issues at night after she tried to sleep immediately after doing it... Please advice

    We used a Stepper machine instead of actual stair climbing. It was much effortless but more effective. Could see av reduction of 50 to 105 points.

    For diabetes, the growth harmone and cortisol harmones should be consider.very intense exercise may spike cortisol harmone which inturn triggers the insulin.

    I am living on 8th floor , climbing 15 floor morning , 8 floor before lunch ,
    Evening 8 floor 2 or 3 times .
    My A1C dropped from 11.7 to 6.0 .
    Now dose one matformine in whole day With normal diet .
    Before sleep one glass cow milk also .

      Pl.be careful..I know at least two Doctors who suffered heart attack due to overdoing stairs climbing.Best is to climb 3-4 stairs twice in a day.

      In morning breakfast cum lunch at 8:45 then no Lunch, 6-8 dinner ,

    Today my post lunch sugar was 144 at 1 hr 45 minutes and I did anti gravity exercise , it reduced to 66.. So, almost 80 points reduced.

    Sir,after seeing your video on Antigravity exercise ie climbing the stairs, I devidded to give s Try today and I was thrilled. Today, my pp sugar taken at 3.10 was 188 and after climbing staircase 120 steps, again checked my sugar at 3.20, lo! it was showing 160. Amazing drop of 28 points in 5 minutes. I would like to watch more of your videos and then decide to join for diabetic reversal.I am 73 now and both long term Diabetic 30 plus years and on Insulin gir past over 10 years the blood sugar levels are within the 120-180 ,range.Leading an active lifestyle 👍🙏

      Idly and medu vada is dangerous for diabetic . It consist of only carbohydrate . Eat vegetable and non veg only.

    Hare Krsna sir. Can we do these four exercise and climbing of stairs before meal and 1.45 hours after meal?
    Do we have to go down the stairs too or only climbing will help? Since I am staying in the apartment where I have lift and I understand that going down the stairs is not very good for knee joints. Please enlighten me. Thank you 🙏🏻

    Sir, I have been doing anti gravitational exercises (climbing stairs) early morning, replacing my morning walk. I sweat like I do bath. Is that a right approach?.. Please help.. I haven't taken my glucose checks for last one month because of lockdown. Request your help.

    Sir. you are amazing. I just tested before climbing my sugar was 237 and after 5 min climbing and exercise as you shown in video my sugar drop to 133. Thanks a lot sir

      I am a diabetic and as I saw your instructions about climbing stairs this morning I saw the logic in your words especially when you pointed out the reason for the burning sensation in the front thigh muscle I understood and I started climbing stairs for 15 minutes.
      Well I took the post parantial reading and to my delight it was only 150.
      I breakfast was three chapattis,one boiled egg and half a cup of coffee without sugar.
      It is impressive. I have decided to do this antigravity exercises and keep reporting the results to you.
