I've been wanting to add a supercharger to mine. It sounds good though!!
Thank you, thank you. I love the sound the car makes - never gets old! Sounds even better in person too
How is the supercharge lasting so far I'm thinking about getting one?
@jfaze401 No bueno. Click my name and watch my other video. If you are still interested in buying the kit, I'll sell it to you at a price you won't find anywhere else
AMAZING VIDEO AWSOME STEP BY STEP THANK YOU MICHAEL
No problem man! Glad you got value out of it. I know I was super lost when I tried to install the kit myself. Did you just pick one up yourself?
How long did it take you to install
Incredibly resourceful video, man! I just picked up an '18 Overland last month and I absolutely love it. I'm considering doing this to mine.
I'm assuming you do regular everyday driving in yours... what's the fuel economy difference in your WK once you supercharged it? Obviously pushing it will draw more power and thus more fuel, but have you noticed a difference in MPG when you're babying it?
Hey Rover! Thank you for the comment. I can not personally answer to what happens when you baby it as the power is too addicting not to express. Driving it as I normally do, I've seen about a 1-2mpg decrease overall (mainly highway miles). It's worth noting that if you get this kit, you should NOT tow with the vehicle. I made that mistake several months ago, and the vehicle has been down since... three shops later, and no one has been able to find the root of the issue yet. I have a video explaining this in more detail on the channel if you are interested in more info.
Thank you! Would this process be the same for a 2019 Jeep Grand Cherokee 5.7 High Altitude?
General process would be the same although there may be slight differences. Have you seen my review video of the supercharger months later? Highly recommend if you are considering buying one
Can I bring my 2018 High Altitude to you 😂😂😂
Haha you asking me to install it for you or you want to see the acceleration comparison?
@@SquatSimp both man. I see they are 6k or so
Ikr 😂
RIPP = Ross's Imported Performace Products.
Nice! I did not know that. Who is Ross and which of the parts are imported?
I have a 2014 do u think it's Worth it it's a limited with 140000
Assuming you have the money to comfortably afford it, I have a couple questions to help answer your question.
1. How long do you plan on keeping the Jeep for?
2. If you didn't supercharge the Jeep would you still keep it or change to a higher hp car? If upgrading vehicles is your answer which car?
3. How well have you taken care of your 14'? Has it had more problem than most people seem to have?
Will this work on a 3.6 WL ?
That is a question for RIPP (if you call or email them they will answer), but in my experience they make a different kit for every model and generation so that it is as simple as possible for the buyer.
I had a horrible experience with ripp.
Please do share. What happened?
@@SquatSimp First off, they are brokers, in the sense that you pay them 6-8k; 6-12 weeks later, they provide you with the equipment. Where it gets bad is the communication. I've been ignored multiple times, and I have spent nearly three weeks trying to obtain the tune from them; when finally provided the tune, it runs rich and idles roughly. With all those years of experience, you'd think they get the tune right, I'm still waiting for a response, and my vehicle has been down for over 6 weeks now. I'm still waiting with met with filibusterer, they pretend they don't know what your talking about and make things complicated on top of being ignored. It's a known fact that once People take your money, customer service becomes secondary. I do find it strange how, on every video, they claim to have good technical support, only for sales, maybe.
This is horrible. I was hoping I was the only one with a poor experience, but based on your comment it appears it may be a regular part of business with them. They do a good job at marketing and have no true competitors which is probably why they are still in business with such poor business practices.
@@SquatSimp yup, I'll be contacting the BBB and making a complaint against these thieves. 6-7k for a 900$ turbo
Bro, do you use always a hat after shaving your head?
I'm trying to grow my hair back out again, so shamefully yes I almost always wear a hat
@@SquatSimp aahh, i understand your strategy bro, im doing the same lol, nowrood 2, shaved to see how i look, i liked but, i can still use a high fade with bangs, so im using a hat until i have my hair longer 😆😆😆
Edit: i dont like how it looks mid lenght, ilike either shaved, buzzcut 0 guard, or high fade, not in between
@Super pulseadas arm wrestling! I agree 100%. The middle ground is the ugly duckling territory for most people who are experiencing balding. Sounds like we are in a similar spot, but at this point I'm honestly a norwood 5-6...
What is the model/size of the new injectors you installed?

Can you do a 0-60 pull
Done! Check out the channel! I have one in normal mode and one in sport mode with traction control off
