It's good, but nothing special IMHO, but it is somewhat distintcive. I would call insane e.g. Proscriptor, King Diamond or the guy who was in Silencer

World turned to shit, but at least big Norwegian Metal bands still have concerts here during Covid.
I met these guys in Charlotte, NC, circa 2006 or 2007. The were headlining Tremont Music Hall. I waited until everyone else went through the line for the meet-and-greet before I went up to meet them. We struck up a conversation about jobs, but I remember Johann specially speaking about driving trucks for a living. I explained to him that as an English teacher, I would listen to Amon Amarth everyday before class. Sometimes, I explained, my students would get to hear their music as they made their way into my classroom, and many of them loved it. Johann deadeyed me and said, "An interesting choice..."
I was taken aback. "Well, I think it's great to expose them to awesome metal."
He smiled. "No. Why would you teach them that? Teach them Swedish." He stared a hole through my skull. The whole band started to chuckle. Suddenly, he laughed out loud and said, "I'm just kidding, man! That's great, but maybe you should throw something else in there, like Maiden or Slayer."
I was both ecstatic and relieved. Here was one of my favorite bands in the world hanging out with me and razzing me, and I was on cloud nine. They signed everything I had with me, and they were exceptionally gracious and kind. Then again, as imposing as Johann can be, I remember thinking how lucky I was to not have Johann reach across the table and cleave me in two with an axe! It was one of the most surreal moments of life.
The only other awkward metal moment I can think of that tops it is the time my brother drove Dez from Devildriver to a Waffle House in Winston-Salem and ate pancakes with him, but that's a story for another time.
Man thats dope as hell. Johan seems like an awesome dude as well as the rest of the band. Hope to meet them too someday

I got to play with my local band at Knotfest one year. We had a dude in a wheelchair that was crowd surfing and in the pit.
That is what i love about the metal community

My first Amon Amarth gig was in 2019 at Brixton. I went to see Jinjer at Heaven on the Friday , and then Hypocrisy, Arch Enemy, Amon Amarth at Brixton on the Saturday. What a fucking weekend, and damn, I miss the pit!

Was indeed lucky enough to hear this track live back in AFAS, Amsterdam during the show with Arch Enemy and Hypocrisy. This band knows how to deliver a great and energetic live show! Hope we can enjoy their shows soon again.
