i highly doubt at half gain it clipped it to death i mean shit the subs are rated 200 watts RMS....they are shit. they sound ok but cant handle anything....it wouldnt matter if you hooked a new rockford punch 500 to it or even a hifonics or a kicker amp i bet it still couldnt take 500 true watts without blowing after playing it as a daily system.

the onlything about p1's, p2's and p3's is they cannot take a lot of power...i hooked an old school rockford fosgate power 250m rated 250 watts to one channel and after a week with this amp turned up it cooked that speaker..i then hooked that same amp to my premier subs and it would barely push them
@7jezuz7 yes i do hopefully everything comes together nice and smooth and fast i'm dying without my bass right now seeing that i have no amps in my ride and just 2 6" mids and 8 tweeters off the deck for now.
and if your theory of the amp being weak clipped the subs like crazy then please explain how it can push a pioneer champion series sub for over 4 years and not blow it up??

@zombiefein2909 it al depends on truck space but 35htz @ 2.25 cf each sub is the best size i've heard for these subs
that amp is week and it probably clipped the subs to death these subs have lasted over 6 years no issues
