- At long last, Judge Cannon has thrown out Trump's ridiculous motion to dismiss the classified documents case against him based on a bogus interpretation of the Presidential Records Act. However, she left the door open for Trump to make similar arguments during trial and for her to potentially include Trump's interpretation in the jury instructions. Jack Smith has argued such a move would unfairly prejudice the jury towards Trump's ludicrous attempts at misdirection.
