Hey, STEVE KERR..READ THIS, you have players who can iso! Use that 3, 4, or 6 times a game when you need a basket. You have Schroder, Wiggins, and Kuminga. Throw it to the post if you need a bucket instead of forcing Curry to take horrible shots-or passing to Curry or Buddy for a bad shot under pressure. 🤦‍♂️
Take, for example, that possession against the Pacers when you were up by 2 points. Curry took a difficult shot, and it led to a transition bucket for the other team. That should’ve been a post-up play-either draw a foul or score in the post. At the very least, it would’ve slowed the game down and maintained control when you’re in the lead.
If you’re leading, stop jacking up threes. Sure, it’s fine when you’re hitting them, but if you’re not, forcing it is just reckless. Instead, settle for a mid-range or post-up play, then get back on defense. Missed threes often result in long rebounds and fast breaks for the opposing team, which favors younger, faster teams like the Pacers.
You need to adapt, especially in critical moments. It’s not always about the system-it’s about reading the game and using your players’ strengths.

Agree. But note: Kerr is playing JK out of position, JK is STILL balling, then yanks him out of the lineup because it is better to overwork Steph than win with JK taking some of the pressure off.

@@joshmirabal6597 True. But we've seen Wigs playing the 3. And his motor is such he cannot lead a team. In contrast, JK has the motor to lead. And as he hasn't played his natural position as much as you'd expect, his performance is all the more noteworthy. So, if you want a next Gen leader, you can either talk Podz up beyond his skill set in an effort to fool teammates into seeing him as a leader, or you can coach like Pop and build your plans around the players and leader (JK) you have, not the players (and leaders) you used to have. . . . .Kerr is sounding more and more like "Stay off my lawn," a sure sign he is no longer a relevant coach--if you want a title, that is.

Not giving flowers when JK plays well, publicly hating on him for mistakes his stars make constantly, and then acting like it’s JK’s fault the warriors are losing when the play who is supposedly supposed to always get the ball is making almost zero points is wild behavior. Not to mention sidelining your coaching team’s winning methods for no reason other than ego is a classic case of being out of touch. Kerr should be replaced if this continues. The Warriors have all the pieces and they aren’t being utilized because of some strange bias towards Podz

I put Steve Kerr in the same group as JK critics that claim to be "Warriors' fans." They are blind and they are desperately holding on to 2017, as if Steph can just cover up all our mistakes if we just give him the ball. Use your eyes, he's old and can't carry anymore. We need to look at the rest of our team. Not trade him for a superstar who will play EXACTLY the way Steve Kerr thinks JK plays. Slow, shooting "lousy" midranges, and not passing the ball to Steph anyways. Which, btw, is what we need right now. I also find it weird that we apparently shouldn't shoot contested midrange jumpers...unless your name is Steph and you can miss whatever bad shot you want to. Btw, I get he's Steph Curry, but the "that's a bad shot and he made it anyways," version of Steph disappeared last season.

Steve Kerr does not know how to use his talent, and the losses will continue to mount with the players.
Steph and Draymond are beginning to demonstrate this team is at best a poor team with Steve Kerr as coach.
The only question is the management team.
We have seen what they will do when they hired Steve Kerr to replace the coach that help bring the Splash Brothers together.
The question is why is Steve Kerr so confident that he can create problems in the locker room, keep loosing double digit leads, and be eliminated in the playoffs in the first round with one of the highest payrolls in the game, and not be worried about being fired.
His terrible coaching is evidence and easily documented.
