тело будет не хуже этих ребят, а может и лучше😁
@Alex Born я пока к 1ой сотне повторений подбираюсь. Видимо Андрей Смаев как раз из этого 0.1%
или просто людям лень убиваться на тренях. сделал 4 по 10 и домой. а 20 по 10 уже кишка тонка.
@Alex Born думаю что кто нибудь и поболе него жрал фарму и не достиг его результатов. по крайней мере в это лето его выгнали из зала и на турниках он прибавил еще пару см с своим весом.
во мне 90кг 183см. думаю надо пахать, жрать то меньше не хочется. надоест турник есть штанга 😉

The older of these two has a very impressive physique for his age. If you look at retired professional bodybuilders when they reach middle age, they often look like crap - torn muscles, loose skin (because their muscles shrink after they stop using PEDs), and ongoing injuries which affect their mobility and limits what exercises they can do.

@@danieledanny9625 quello che intendo sempre dire è che non ha 60/70 anni. Mi sono soffermato su questo aspetto, non andare a cercare cose che non ho detto. 44 anni sono nulla oggi come oggi, che poi risulti difficoltoso a tutte le età e un altro discorso
@@danieledanny9625 il paragone va fatto con chi si allena della sua eta', non con un over 40 qualunque, è una questione di frequenza e dedizione.
Se uno a 40 anni si allena 3 volte a settimana (o piu') è comunque piu' agile e forte di un giovane ventenne che non pratica sport. Ovvio che poi non si riusciranno a fare le stesse cose di uno che ne ha 20 ma ha fatto esercizi che con la voglia di faticare e sviluppare tecnica si posson fare anche a piu' di 40 anni.

Tanto rispetto per lui che in un età non più giovanissima è in forme smagliante,conosco un po' di persone però che hanno avuto la costanza negli anni e anche dopo i 40-50 o addirittura 60 sono in una forma invidiabile anche per chi è molto più giovane. 44 anni non è un età così avanzata poi a mio parere, sicuramente con tanta dedizione e passione si può arrivare a essere anche migliori nel tempo 💪

I've weight trained for over four and a half decades and have always been strong in the gym, but this is a different kind of strong right here. I suspect these guys joints are extremely strong. This is the type of body strength wrestlers and gymnasts have. My joints have paid a price over the years, but I'm able to work with it through diet, hydration and supplementation. Much respect to these men. Amazing strength, athleticism and physiques. I'd kill for abs like this.
This kind of exercise is all fine and dandy.But,how many people that have never even move a muscles can even try.

I'm not sure this type of bodyweight exercise is any healthier for joints. A lot of gymnasts have joint issues at a fairly young age.
If you're careful and patient you can avoid joint stress with most type exercise though. If it hurts, stop doing it. Sounds obvious but also too easy to ignore.

Alla faccia (espressione ironica, senza offesa per nessuno) di chi pensa che il Calisthenics (e le relaltive skill) siano solo una cosa da giovani🤣
Da quarantatreenne autodidatta al suo secondo anno di allenamento a corpo libero (e senza basi di ginnastica artistica) , la presenza del "coetaneo" Valerio aggiunta al solito "fantastico" Andrea, ha reso questo video un autentica "bomba" di motivazione 😁
Per esperienza personale e sperando di stimolare altri "vecchietti" confermo anche che, per chi cerca solo un bel fisico, gli allenamenti di base del Calisthenics danno eccellenti risultati in relativamente poco tempo (se eseguiti correttamente e con costanza), indipendentemente dalle skill che ovviamente io non ho ancora sbloccato (è l'obiettivo che mi sono dato per questo anno💪)
