Beautiful car, and I was thinking about buying it, but I'll pass for now because it's missing:
1. Third row seats don't have enough room. Why not give it the same third row seats as the TX
2. When third row seats are up, there is not enough cargo room.... look at TX as an example. It has 20 cubic feet
3. Hate the bump in the center seat
4. Toyota Sequoia has more luxury material than GX, I feel like I'm being cheated
5. KDSS should be on all trims
I’m very happy with my 2019. The new one is nice, just not the 30 or 40k more that I would have to spend to upgrade nice.

The one Mike is infront of is the Luxury + but the one he’s in for the drive is the Overtrail+ - there’s a lot of moving around at press trips. We’re gonna do a more extensive review when we can spend a week with it.

That said, I would completely agree that if you are going to buy a vehicle, you should buy the vehicle that will last the longest time and provide greatest overall value. The Lexus is certainly worthy. That's the Bitcoin standard.

I hate to break it to you but 8 inch ground clearance is exactly what a 2024 Prius has . Not joking so .9 of that is trash on an off-road version of this vehicle ! The luxury is the way to gok because the over trail is in no way a true off road vehicle why buy all that so you can say you got the good GX and present your not just going to mall crawl anyways. Yes the over tail has more drive modes yes it looks cooler with the bigger chunkier wheels but if I want a better off-road worth Toyota brand vehicle with two rows I’m waiting for the new 4 Runner TrailHunter. I don’t need luxury for off road . Again the Luxury + is the way to go .
The tallest XLE Prius has 6 inches of ground clearance.

Probably not. Toyota is moving pretty much all of their cars to more complex turbo and/or hybrid setups. Expect at least slightly lower reliability imo. This 3.4TT V6 motor caused a lot of trouble in the new Tundra. But strangely, the LX600 and LS500 don’t seem to have the same issues? Maybe due to being built in Japan…

4runner don't have a center differential, fulltime 4wd, eKDss, AVS, luxury, a twin turbo V6, or triple thick glass
