  • The connection between the Supreme Court Justice Samuel Alito and Republican donors has cast doubt again on the court's impartiality. Instead of responding to ProPublica's request for comments, Justice Alito went directly to the Wall Street Journal Opinion section and published an essay to pre-debunk ProPublica’s reporting about his luxurious Alaska trip in 2008. #shorts #supremecourt #scotus #alito

@@user-db6wv4rd9mNot really. Any random liberal or conservative is as likely to be corrupt as any other, but known measurements of corruption (number of indictments, number of convictions, etc) show that republicans are two orders of magnitude more likely to be corrupt than democrats. Democrats are somewhat ineffective and prone to compromising against the interests of their voting base, but they’re not nearly as corrupt

Abolished? I mean just because we have no respect for the supreme court and its rulings, ....Andrew Jackson was ordered by the supreme court to honor his deals with the cherokee, he ignored them and became the inspiration for hitler.
point is the court wasn't respected at one point in america's history and people could just ignore it.
and they worked to gain respect.
which they have now lost. so we can ignore them again.

If you watch more Asian content creators, it becomes easier to understand the different accents. There are lots to choose from. Seeing as Mandarin is the second most spoken language in the world, it should be expected that many of the speakers of English would have a Chinese accent. (Not that this person in particular has a Chinese accent.) Have fun learning!

@@WigglyTuffStuff Although I appreciate your take and I also love to learn, for some of us with disabilities it's very very difficult. And, although, I would understand if I was watching an international or foreign channel the accent wouldn't really matter; it does matter to some of us and the algorithm. Because, instead of concentrating on just the content, I'm concentrating on trying to figure out what the person is saying and the content. I literally had to play back the video 3 times. That is not a good thing for the algorithm. That's just my 2 cents from the peanut gallery.
