Adobe Animate 2023 How to export to video animation into a MP4 video file

Filmora par kaun sa format chal jayega?? Maine swf try Kiya nhi kaam kar rha hai... Mov I think working.. but mov takes a lot of time to export.. please help

Swf quick hai to after effects par work karta hai lekin udhar bhi lafda hai ram preview wala.. maine socha shorts k liye filmora ya premier use kru lekin usme swf kaam nhi kar rha hai.. please help
