To create motion tweens in Adobe Animate CC (or later versions if the interface and features are similar), you can follow these general steps:
Create or Import Objects:
Start by creating or importing the objects you want to animate onto the stage. These objects can be symbols, shapes, or text.
Set Keyframes:
Move the playhead (the red vertical line on the timeline) to the frame where you want the animation to begin.
Select the object you want to animate.
Right-click on the selected frame and choose "Insert Keyframe" or press F6. This creates a keyframe at that frame, which will be the starting point of your animation.
Create a Motion Tween:
Move the playhead to the frame where you want the animation to end.
Select the same object.
Right-click on the selected frame and choose "Create Motion Tween."
