    Awesome coaching, wish I could afford to go out to Austin area. I am 51 years old and playing in a 30 and over league this year. Have not played for many years, but I am now and learning all over again.

    Best Facility in Austin Metro!!! Dustin is on point with his instruction and is the only instructor I have found I would be willing to hand my son over to in the cage! YGPB another great video brother!

    I recognize that bat. Cooperstown bats. My son got a custom bat when we were there in roughly 2015. I think it broke the first game he ever brought it to so we put it on his wall.

      It really depends on the league you’re playing in and the type of hitter you are. Around 13 I would assume you’re just now getting into BBCOR so I’d suggest a 31 inch -3 balanced bat. Once you start to swing that comfortably you could go for a more end loaded bat with more length if you’re more of a power hitter but I wouldn’t suggest it just starting with BBCOR so that you can get a good feel of the barrel when you first start swinging -3. You just gotta do your research though. If you look on The Baseball Bat Bros channel they’ll give you a good idea of what you’re looking for. But I’d just look up ‘best balanced bats’ on Google or something.

    This isn't about hitting, it's about pitching. Does pronating your arm for your changeup hurt your arm. I'm 12 years old.

    • @YouGoPro
      @YouGoPro  4 года назад +1

      No, unless you’re forcing it. Natural pronation is good.

    Other than the last drill, I'm not sure how the first three drills help you. Those drills are not replicating real game swings, so they seem kind of pointless in my humble opinion.
