Josh Cathcart, of Hardball Baseball Academy in Pearland Texas (just south of Houston) shares with us his Top 4 baseball hitting drills that he uses with his hitters. One thing to keep in mind when watching this video is that not all hitting drills are for every single player. Hitting Drills are meant to help fix specific problems within the baseball swing and not every baseball player has the same swing flaws, nor will every hitting drill work the same for each flaw.
