These are the country awards and he chose to invite her and let her shine! Pink crushes on him big time lol. She said he was her favorite singer! Not shocking. She is still with her husband
She wrote the song and he didn't invite her the Academy did. Check out the performance at Madison Square Garden if you think he needs to "let her shine".

There is a series of things that have to happen..Chris likely reaches out to the Academy wanting to perform at these Country Music Awards..the academy wanting the biggest and hottest artist in country to perform at their event then honors is request and may send and invite from them and Chris on paper...
But this was long worked out between Chris and Pink before hand don't kid yourself..she like the rest of the music industry wanted to work with him..not only because of talent but to get some of his heat right now..yes Chris chose to work w her for obvious reasons..he can do whatever he wants and chose to work w her..that sais enough

I love this song because it is so REAL. It is telling people it is OK to be human. Perfect song for a realistic view of long term relationships and it means a lot coming from people who are actually in long term commitments.

The one thing I like about Chris is he shares the stage very well with anyone whom he sings with. But man I can never get enough I would have loved to seen him have a bigger role in this song.
