NAILED IT. I've always been comfortable with solitude, but I took things to a much higher level when I began meditating a few years ago. Since then, EVERYTHING in my life has improved immensely. There's a beautiful soul inside each of us, and it's very difficult to get to know that soul unless you're frequently alone. (Pro tip: News media and social media present immense obstacles.)
100% agree! You are so right. I am most productive when I am by myself. For me, I can think clearer when I am alone. I think it is very important that everyone learns that it is okay to have alone time and that there is nothing wrong with that. Some people call out others for being an introvert and that is wrong. I passed exactly through those hard times you spoke about (loneliness, etc.), and Now that the time passed a bit, I'm starting to understand what I learned, and i'm way more confident with myself. I learned soooo many things about myself (had a real personnality change, mind blowing) during thoses loneliness times, and now I don't even consider myself lonely when I dont want to socialize a lot like others friends my age, I'm just feeling so great on my own, with deep thoughts, and just being happy on my own... Really, life is incredible... I started to understand too that the people that are not around me anymore, it's because we are not compatible anymore, I changed way too much (for better character improvement), and I only really put words on that reason since your video about that ! (sorry for my bad english ahaha) Anyway, thank you for your videos !! I'll continue to follow your channel !!
