I know the first mile of Mt SAC is easy to go out fast in but 4:25? That’s crazy pace. No need to do that unless you are getting the course record

i will say tho bc, he did loose groud, that he did go out too hard. 4:30 for 2nd and 3rd at the 1st mile is still pretty fast too
