I could have said it was poisoning after the first ten minutes and im not a doctor, the fact that it took so long for them to figure this out is astounding and concerning.

I hope for the remaining daughter's sake, he can hold his emotions back. Think what this poor child is going through, knowing someone she loves tried to kill her and her dad, and did kill her siblings. It got to be so confusing and heartbreaking for her.
About 10 years ago I just very suddenly began having explosive diarrhea. I was working all day and just fine. Suddenly, the stomach bent me double. I could barely walk. The pain continued, the diarrhea continued. I was literally on the bathroom floor because I could walk to my bed and back to the bathroom.
Who can we trust these days?
Dr. Farrar died in 08/23. What a terrible loss for his daughter, Kate, and his grandchild. RIP Mike. You didn't deserve all that happened to you.
His wife should have gotten life with no parole,counting attempted murder on her husband,and the murder of her children
When Dr Farrar was admitted to the emergency department for the first time with violent stomach pain,I already suspected that his wife was poisoning him. I watched the full episode and I was right. So sad for the family. I hope Dr Farrar and his daughter can find peace and happiness and overcome this terrible ordeal, I know it’s not easy. RIP to the 2 children 🙏🙏🙏
What a horrible Woman¡!!! She is a complete Monster. She makes her husband suffer excrutiating pain and sickness over and over. She burns her own children to death. What kind of Monster does that? Really sad story. It is very sad about the children. 🥀🥀
He should have called police AS SOON as he found the beans and meds! The death of his kids could have been prevented.
I just looked this up. He apparently died August of this year. But it does not say if the cause of death. The family withheld that from what I read. So unfortunate.

I have heard the story. It was on medical murders. She put some castor beans in his food.... all because he wanted a divorce. His children missed out because two died and one survived. I think she should have gotten the death penalty for killing both of the children.
He knew she was dangerous and left his children behind. I'm glad he survived, but sad that the children didn't. Some momsters don't deserve children.
This is the most disturbing plot twist I've ever seen in one of these medical documentaries.
