Phil can't keep his story straight about the texts between himself and the teenage victim

Recently released police and court records state that the DA issued the subpoena to VZW, (not Phil's attorney or his P.I. - Pete Carlson) we know that the most graphic texts revealed was linked to his (STILL CURRENT) phone number (not his contact name associated with a text to the victim sent by her friends as Phil has stated).
In case you haven't noticed, Phil seems to lie about every thing, if Phil is speaking...I'd say it's safe to assume that he's lying
