A tip for the strength of the wire, triple it up and twist like a candy cane, it’ll be just as thin for the base and hold the shape pretty strongly. I use this method for tails on my cosplay

This is a very clever idea. I was wondering though, do you think this could work for larger scale wigs such as angel devils
If you use a thicker wire then yes probably!
