- This video shows in multiple stages our install on a customers 2012 Jeep JK Wrangler.
This is the new Laser cut and CNC Mandrel bent cage for the 2 Door JK! GenRight Off Road has a "Puzzled" Roll Cage Kit for the 2 door Jeep Wrangler JK (2007 - Current)!
This is the best most protective, complete replacement, weld-in cage offered on the market.
All the tubes are cut to length and notched to fit together like a "puzzle." You just need a MIG or TIG welder to put it all together!
Features:
Designed for maximum visibility with an ultra low profile dash bar
Works with factory hard or soft tops.
Can be used with hard (full or half) doors or soft doors.
Made from 2" diameter heavy wall D.O.M. (Drawn Over Mandrel) seamless tubing.
Laser Cut and notched tubes (as pictured)
Laser Cut and CNC formed heavy duty cage to tub mounting brackets.
Requires minor cutting of the plastic dash end caps.
Kit can be shipped to you in three boxes.
All the tubes are cut to size and notched to fit together.
6 point mounting for secure protection.
Includes everything, as pictured.
Optional re-enforcement bars are available (at the dash and behind the seats) for more protection.
Includes bracket mounting kit to accept all the factory seat belts.
Includes detailed step by step installation instructions.
Notes:
This kit is sold un-welded, requiring welding by the end user.
This KIT requires complete removal of the stock roll bar (and most of the interior).
After welding, the cage it is possible to remove the cage for powder coating.

@@ninja63639 Spend a couple of minutes and watch the video again the welds are garbage and the fab is sloppy under cut ,cold lap and porosity holes @2:05 showing the welder welding over paint !! You can see it bubbling up on the base bracket then @2:20 it shows they painted over it you can still the bubbles where the paint has lifted of the metal this is sloppy as it will just end up flaking off and rusting ... .. and you used the world fantastic 👏 its pointless sending you any pic of my work as you don't have a clue ...

I cant remember what the videos welds looked like and right now I dont have time to watch it but if you want to see my welds hop on over to my channel and check out my tire carrier video...I'm not the best I'm sure, but I definitely have a clue. If all the stuff you say is wrong with his welds is correct then I was mistaken but talking shit on someone's video without showing you can do better shows poor character.

What fenders are these and what tail light kit? Looks awesome!
The fenders are nemesis industries. the tail lights are Genright but I’m pretty sure they are discontinued now.
@@colin1528 I'm like a year late but those are poison spyder corners. The genright have just one light frenched in.
Do need a special top for this or does the cage run the original tops

Will this cage work with any off the shelf soft top?
GenRight sells a kit for the soft tops to mount to their cage.
What corner caps are those? With the Tail lights
I believe those are Poison Spyder corners
How much does this roll cage system cost?
About 3k, but you're getting what you pay for. It was designed using the original plans from Jeep, as are their suspension systems. These are the same cages that GenRight runs in their Jeeps for KOH.
