Really clever trick with the "alignment table". I *always* notice alignment problems on slides. If I'm ever helping someone with PowerPoint at their computer, I will add the "Align Objects" & "Group Objects" menu to the Quick Access Toolbar to make them much easier to use. I've had several people comment they didn't even know those basic tools existed!

Woohoo! I have 3 presentations to create over the next week. Question… I work on a Mac and usually use our Brand fonts, however these 3 presentations that will run off a thumb drive on a white board, not a tv or a computer. I’m not familiar with this type of technology, but are there fonts I can use that are universal so my designs aren’t changed and re-flowed when we go to run it. They said we cannot install fonts on their whiteboard, so any input is greatly appreciated!

Is there a drawing tool in PowerPoint 365 that mirrors the “Bezier” tool from the Adobe programs? (illustrator, Photoshop, etc.) A client is requesting that charts be “redraw” in PowerPoint using PowerPoint tools, and I would like a better way to hand draw line charts, etc. Thank you in advance.
Hi :) super thanks for your comment :) if you are using Illustrator, you could create all of the shapes in Illustrator and then export them as svg, then insert them into ppt and covert them to shapes. Another option is to use the free form shape tool in Powerpoint and right click on the shape to edit its points (make them smooth or sharp), hope it helps 👍👍
I really like your slides! Where do you get your background images? Also I am looking everywhere for a bubbly/gradient circle animation, where you have multiple circles kind of idling and slowly passing around on your slide, do you happen to have a video on that?

I guess try using Microsoft Core Fonts (Calibri, Verdana, Arial... etc)
Try embedding your fonts when saving the pptx file. Sometimes that may help
Also, you can try turning your text into bitmap or .png
