      Don't cut the wires, pull and break the wiring from the camera it's self. This way the cabling to the mother board is broken and decommissions the camera pretty much permanently. Simply cutting them is an easy fix for engineers and easier than cutting down the whole pole.

      Yep. In a true democracy the ballot paper would ALWAYS have the option to register a valid vote for NONE of the candidates standing or for NOT introducing the new legislation - whether a road tax or whatever - and demand that the authorities find another solution to the reason for the poll.
      Sadly, at the moment anything besides a 'X' for or against the choices offered merely registers as a 'spoiled' ballot and has no affect on the poll result. So unwanted things are foisted on us hidden behind the banner of 'democracy' when in reality it's nothing of the sort. It's a forced choice, which is worse than no choice at all.

      I totally agree. The UK public is the most surveilled in the world. What with the ULEZ cameras, fixed speed cameras,mobile speed cameras facial recognition cameras, ANPR cameras, CCTV cameras, body cameras........ The Stasi would have given their eye teeth to have been able to monitor and surveill their citizens to the extent that we in the UK, supposedly a free and democratic country, are spied upon now. It is reckoned that unless you live in a particularly remote area in the country, it is virtually impossible to leave your house and not be caught on camera several times a day simply going about your daily business, routine etc.
      Why is this the case? Why do the authorities feel the need to monitor our EVERY movement?
      If it's 'for our safety' or about crime prevention...... BS!!
      Are we considered by the authorities to be like little children who cannot be trusted to be responsible for our OWN safety, and as regards the crime aspect, the police, even with camera evidence of a crime being committed, in most instances do not bother to apprehend and charge the criminals for their criminal activities. To put it bluntly, when it comes to tackling crimes where there's an actual victim, they are BLOODY USELESS, but send a NOP to a motorist doing, perhaps momentarily, a few mph over the limit and they are well and truly on the ball in that department. It seems to me that the authorities are also HELL BENT on slowing down our road journeys in order to be able to issue more NOP's to drivers DOING a few mph over what are becoming ridiculously low speed limits on many roads..........look at what that tyrant Drakeford has, or is about to, impose on Welsh motorists;
      A 20 MPH SPEED LIMIT ON 'ALL' WELSH ROADS ON SUNDAYS.
      But, for those people that are still ignorant about what is being planned behind our backs for our futures, the ever increasing surveillance of the public by the ever increasing no. of cameras, is both a very concerning and SINISTER development.

    I live in Islington and here we have ULEZ, the congestion charge and low traffic neighbourhoods. They have literally blocked roads off at one end, making them only useful for residents or cyclists. It is pathetic.

    • @prestigeworldwide5047
      @prestigeworldwide5047 Год назад +2

      Same in Dublin, perfectly good roads blocked off for non existent cyclists and pedestrians, unnecessary bike lanes, some that are never used, pushing traffic into other usually residential areas. Bollards and street planters in the middle of one street that hardly had any traffic, making journeys three times as long, sometimes what used to take 5 mins across the city, now takes an hour during lunch hour or rush hour with cars idling, creating more noise and congestion, frustrated drivers. more stress and delays, especially to emergency vehicles which have much less space to manoeuvre through traffic. It's having the opposite effect to what's claimed ny councils and politicians. Illogical nonsense and a money scheming power and surveillance grab.

The temple bar is located here and our judicary runs maritime law, the law of money legalise. This is why the judge sits on a bench, which in Latin means bank. The courts are run by the bankers who run the countries for Rome, under roman cannon law for the vatican under the Umna Sanctum golden bull.
      This is who our elected filth really serve it makes no difference left or right. Voting gives us the illusion of choice. You have no choice you have owners.

    Mayor Khan is more interested in the money.
    His position is that if you pay him £12.50 a day, then you can bring any non compliant vehicle into the ULEZ zone, which includes crowded central London where air pollution is at its highest.
    Khan won't ban vehicles outright because there is no money in it for him, even though this would have a much greater effect on air quality.

    • @johnjames7332

    This has nothing to do with air quality issues, this is actually a pre cursor to having the infrastructure in place in order to charge motorists per mile to drive their own vehicles, drivers already pay tax on fuel, pay tax to use roads, pay tax when they purchase the vehicle, pay tax on spare parts & repairs, pay tax on insurance & road worthiness tests. The worst air quality in London is to be found in the subterranean underground system which releases its waste air at the surface, so if as the Mayor falsely claims air quality is poor in London then it’s down to his own transportation company. This fiasco is costing the public billions of pounds, & they are fighting back, this will fail, it will bring down the Mayor & very likely the national government, it will result in civil unrest & even bloodshed, it’s not just London it’s happening in lots of major UK cities & yes it’s coming to your town as well, it doesn’t matter where in the world you are!.
