How long should the strings last? I just got mine a few days ago and the strings already looks iffy. I haven’t even shot it that much. Should I call customer service for a replacement?
Hello! You can get that on our website. Replacement tool here: ballista.co/product/string-replacement-tool-for-ballista-bat/ The string set here: ballista.co/product/string-set-for-ballista-bat/
Why design it so you have to take those posts completely off the cams? Just machine the posts right into the cams…no need to have to take them apart like that for a cable change. It would also be a whole lot easier to pull those cables through the cam with a piece of string material or a small piece of serving material.
Mines just snapped, so ill be needing a kit to sort it, thanks for the video, ill be going by this
Hi! Sorry to hear that, it's most likely due to the lightweight bolts you've used in one of your testing videos. Hope this helps!
