The best idea I’ve ever seen. Joining squares has always been annoying to me. I’m going to try this. Thank you👍
Glad you liked it!
Excellent tutorial Tuula! Clear instructions, and easy to understand. Thank you so much! 😊
So glad to hear, thank you!
This technique gives such a neat finish. Thank you
Yes, that's why it is my favourite!
Great idea. I am working with some Granny squares right now and am trying to decide how I want to join them. Thanks for sharing.
Wonderful! This was good timing then!
Thank you for sharing. Sometimes, I just want to see the squares, and no border. This technique looks easy to do too.
True, this is very easy!
That looks great for sewing garment pieces together as well😊 Thank you, Tuula🌻
Yes, that is true, I actually meant to say that on the video but forgot!
Thank you for this tutorial ❤
You're welcome 😊
This is the best join I have seen, thank you again for sharing your expertise with us!

Thank you!
Wow Tuula I just love the way you connect the square s⬜👌❤️💐
It is handy isn't it!
@@TuulaMaaria yes it is 💐
I had been hunting for a video using the invisible join but had somehow missed yours until watching the video you put out today. I usually use join-as-you-go but currently working on a project where I want to complete the squares and then join them with the different colours touching. Thanks as always!!
Glad you found this! I also prefer the join as you go but as you say, there are occasions when it is more convenient to make all the squares first.
Thank you, Tuula! I always appreciate these tips from you!
Lovely, thank you!
The instructions are very clear. Thank you ❤
Glad to know, thank you!
That looks a nice neat join I will be trying this the next time I make granny squares thank you for sharing great tutorial 😊🧶👍🏻
Lovely, thank you!
I love your videos. Thank you for sharing them
Thank you so much!
Yes this i believe is mattress stitch and use it to join seams in knitting
Yes, I have heard that name for it too. Handy for anything that has even rows of stitches!
Thank you so much! I am working on granny squares currently and was not happy with my last project’s join/seams. I attempted to make them invisible, but now I understand what I did incorrectly! Yay! Thanks, Tuula! Have a great week
Lovely, thank you, you too!
Lovely and neat thankyou
Wonderful!
That looks amazing!👍

Hi I use to make ABC blanket Irish
Love that but how do you do the sides then? Thanks for sharing. Blessings
You can add anything around the piece after you have joined all. A border of some kind or just for example go round it with reverse single crochets.
Nice clear instructions, Tuula Maaria. Could this be used if you were making a granny square cardigan, please? x
Thank you 💜 Yes, certainly, for anything where you join pieces that have a row of stitches on the outside.
Please can you do a video on how to crochet a blanket for beginners? I only watch yours now 🙂
Glad that you like my channel! 💗 I have a number of videos that give ideas for stitches that work especially for blankets, on this playlist ruclips.net/p/PL7vcNpUtI_RYysMlkM_sfpoISJvnQAQEc Maybe you find something on it!
👍
Hyvä kun joku vinkkasi tästä videosta. Nyt vaan yhdistelemään isoäidinneliöitä, jotka ovat jo tovin odotelleet yhdistämistä. Minulla viimeinen kerros mustalla langalla 😂 huh huh silmät on kovilla. Onneksi aurinko vielä paistaa. Kiitos ohjeesta!
Kiva! Tällä konstilla saat ne yhdistettyä aika nopeasti!
❤
