The “Has anyone seen my leg” implies that Jack just cuts off Lucas’s limbs and hides them, which I find both hilarious and horrifying.

I also think Lucas is the one who made the notes. Mostly because i think you see Jack writing and he has better handwritting. whereas lucas mostly uses the computer if he can. Also lucas probably cant find the lawnmower because Jack keeps losing them around the house. Most of the time when he looks for places to store them in. Wich is a funny joke about family members storing things and then the rest having a fit because they cant find them later.
The note implies Jack keeps the same habits of storing things in places no one can guess later. Im suprised the devs didnt lay around lucas lost limbs in weird places like the lawnmowers

Yes, there was an actual Grandma Baker. When you have to solve the Happy Birthday room, you see the old family photo on the TV monitors, depicting one of Lucas' childhood birthday parties. On the far left, you notice an old woman sitting in a chair, smiling at the camera. But the photo is from Lucas' birthday party as a child, so that was obviously way before they ever met Evelyn and Mia.
That single photo is the only thing in the game that confirms that there was in fact an actual Grandma. When I noticed that, I assumed she just passed away before the vents of the game.
Making it very easy for Eveleynn to slip in there and mind alter them
If I'm not mistaken, there's also a note from a doctor talking about 'mold' in the granma's head, which I think means she was around near Evie n Mia arriving at least. The room on the map is a bit telling too, but could have been mind trickery. Evie also took a bit to get old. She was their kid before being their granny.
FreshRot I think the note about mould in the head is Margaretes note not the grandmas.
But there is evidence that there was a grandma baker. In the recreation room there is a room titled “grandmas room” where you get the broken shotgun.

@@freshrot420 Its in the scorpion key room attached to rec room. I think it refers to Margaritte but don't quote me. As for Eveline, I don't think she had to trick them, per se. She's just flat out controlling them so Eveline's not trying to act like their grandma, she's just aging very fast (from little girl in 2014 to old woman in 2017).
the "15" on Pewdiepies watch means the time is 3PM, thats how the 24hour system works

The number 7 in your countdown: There are a lot of ship pictures in the house because Jack is a Marine, you can find his pic and saying from it that he joined the Marines when you enter the Master Bedroom in the house. The room where you will solve the clock puzzle

The character Jill Valentine was actually named that after a similar character in RE1 despite having no relation at all.

Another Easter egg you might have missed is near the beginning of the game when you first explore the Baker house. There's a book you find with the Clive R. O'Brian as the author. O'Brian was your BSAA leader in Resident Evil: Revelations, and at the end of that game they mentioned how he stepped down from the BSAA and became a detective novelist.

I had no idea a lot of people missed Marguerite grabbing her lantern until I watched a couple playthroughs. I can't believe how they missed it, each time.
It made me a little frustrated when Cry missed it 'cause I had already seen Mark catch it and thought that out of anyone I would watch play this that Cry would catch it.

NokoFace I've really only watched the Scary Game Squad which are shown here clearly missing the arm, but they also missed an entire door and went a really long time before finally getting the shotgun and the Scorpion key. They're not the sharpest bunch when they're together.

If so many people are missing it (as evidenced by the clips in the video) then it's either bad sound design, or they purposely wanted people to miss it.
The house creaking noise brings the player's attention up and around, then back to the hole where they ask "Wait, where'd that lantern go?"
My guess is it was all intentional, so if you missed it you would remember to watch the lantern on a second playthrough.
I feel kinda special I actually looked and saw her get the lantern in the hole 😌

Indeimaus it isn't bad sound design, it's purposefully having you look away, sort of like a magician's trick. Drawing their attention away so that it seems like the lantern disappeared. It kind of works as a scare either way. Either you get distracted and notice the lantern disappeared, or you see the hand grab it and suddenly get second thoughts about going down there.
for me it´s seems to be obvious to come from the hole. i don´t think i would miss the hand myself..

I noticed the hand on my first playthrough and I regretted it. I was so scared to jump down there.
I missed it. Seriously, when it sounds like walls are caving, you figure it's in the house around you for enemies. Had no clue there was a tunnel in the hole. Was already looking in the hole when the noises came. No reason not to look around. Bad sound design.

You missed one if some people didn't notice it. I found it at my second playthrough or atleast didn't notice it. When you put in the code for Lucas' birthday room, it'll make a sound effect used from the item screens from the original resident evils

Because its a horror game so most youtubers will use headphones that probably support surround sound, and if you hear someone that isn't in the hole then you might look away, honestly it's crazy how that works

Brilliant video. I'm surprised you didn't mention that Ethan's car is a 1971 Dodge Challenger, the same one from the classic movie 'Vanishing Point'. Also from 1971.
1970, mate. Kowalski's car in vanishing point was a 1970 challenger. The one in-game, on the other hand, has a grille resembling a 1971 challenger. Also, the bonnet on the challenger in-game, the vents are quite squary, compared to the actual car's angled ones.
