@@melissafrancies2030, Awareness and Accessibility need time to increase. You just need to make sure that you invest enough, so that they increase. Investment should be on all your products because the scorecard takes every product's accessibility and awareness in consideration. Checkout my video about it! They updated the simulation since I made my video, however, it will help you to get an idea. Also, take a look at the Capsim Member Guide on the website. It has a short explanation on how to increase it.

Can you give more tips about round 2, please? I followed your strategy to the letter but I had to change my promotion budget because I couldn't go up to 2,000 on promo/sales, for each product. I tried with 2,000 on every single product but when I did so we had emergency loans, so I had to reduce my production to get positive numbers. Should I then stick with the same products until we reach above 90% awareness? Also, I don't know what we need to do with the prices, MTBF, production and if we actually need to introduce new products. Please contact me if you can!
Hi Jack! My other videos explain in great detail everything about the simulation. I recommend watching them to understand how to calculate the positioning for round 2.
@@JackSmith-km7kv when you watch the videos, make sure to try to understand the methodology. In others words, do not copy my numbers, do your own calculations based on my explanation. If you still have issues, feel free to email me for tutoring services.

Hi Danielle! I am glad my videos helped! I personally, don’t create new products because the simulation is only 8 rounds. I don’t see that it is enough time to launch a product perfectly, OR at least, I still haven’t figured it out. Unfortunately, I don’t do tutoring anymore because I have other businesses to run. I used your strategies for everything, but our team didn't do very well... The other teams are very good at R&D and forecasting, so our customer survey scores aren't that great even though we have great products. Help!
