    Hello, should I follow the customer buying criteria or the schedule in the industry conditions when determining position of product (size/performance)? and which customer buying criteria (in courier or the one in the simulation web page)??

    I can't find the "Courier" report on Foundation - under reports? I have the following options;
    1. Front Page
    2. Stock & Bond Market
    3. Financial Statements
    4. Production Analysis
    5. Low Tech Segment
    6. High Tech Segment
    7. Market Share
    8. Perceptual map
    9. HR/TQM Report
    Please help! I am in Round 1 of the simulation :)

      If you click on any of the segments, it should open the full Courier report. You also can download the Courier report from outside the Decisions tab. When you first log into Capsim, before you click on Decisions, you should see Reports. You can download any round's report from there.
      Good luck!

    @Dynamic Dune - Thanks for all videos..!!! You are making capsim easier to understand. Meanwhile, can you please explain "drift" thing? It is unclear in this video. Also, I can't see any such "rehearsal industry conditions" report in present capsim 2020. Thanks in advance.

      Hey Gaurav,
      The industry conditions report can be accessed from the main menu after you log into your account. Once you login, look to the left, you will see “Reports”. The Industry Conditions Report should be available there. It’s the same report for rehearsals too.
      If you look at Tables 1 in the industry report, you should be able to understand the drift rate.
      In one sentence, the drift rate is the annual rate at which each segment increases Performance and decreases Size positions.
      I hope it’s clear now!
