Love the vid but you got it backwards, larger stroke means more torque, less means more rpm. F1 cars have barley any stroke and large bores and spin ridiculously fast. Diesel trucks have massive stroke and nearly no rpm but the torque to tow a whole bunch.
"Octane not being used" doesn't mean that you need to turn down fuel mixture. It means you can increase the compression or ignition timing and get even more power, come on!
BO. SO. zo-COO. Now i would like to see a VIP Bippu style car on your Channel. Big body sedan, v8, 2 tone bottom/top paint, extreme body kit, big face deep wheels, with a bunch of chrome accents and dragging frame on flat ground. fitment is key with this style. Ultra Luxury 90's style. Most commonly used cars are Lexus Ls400's, Lexus gs300's, Toyota Crown's, Toyota Celsior's etc. any big body sedan would work. And i would love to see your take on something along those lines! Keep up the good work brotha
Not sure if you guys have the game but making drift cars in this and getting them to work without a wheel is a nightmare. even with a wheel cars tend to snap and spin out way too much. Only drift cars i managed to make were all AWD with a super low bias to the front just so you can hold more then 25degrees of angle without spinning out. Also I got the most luck with leaf suspension in the rear.
I realized that I don't like your videos so much as doing whatever you set out to do in them but for myself. I always come back a few times to figure out how you did stuff but I really love these as starting off points for builds on my own. And you almost got me to buy the supporter pack with the v16 but at least today I figured I could get by with only 12.
Technically a ‘Kaido Racer’, bosozoku is technically the biker gangs that are often mistaken as these cars, which originated more from Super Silhouette race cars of the 80s, where the people who went to watch the race decided to turn up with their cars looking as similar to the cars on the track as possible. Awesome video though!
I know I'm tardy to the party, but this style of cars is called kaido racers. Other car cultures are kyusha and shakotan. Bosozoku style is specifically for bikes. Bosozoku were Japanese veterans who formed gangs, similar to American biker gangs
Interesting that many years ago ... I drew a car that looked a lot like this when i was first learning about drawing cars ... In recent years i went back to it and added more details to the car and background... Finds out there's a whole car culture around this type of car.... It basically looks like this without the decals, hood pieces, the bumper is held on with wires and has big jet engines on the back. Funny to me...
I tried making drift cars and I recommend you try an AWD setup with around 20% power to the front to stop you spinning out. Also for rear suspension try leaf springs I had the most luck with them. Its also better to get a big engine with low power but a smooth power curve, 300hp is plenty to drift (depends on weight). and keep the tires maximum 240-260mm or the car will snap over-steer like crazy.
A word of advice: In my opinion the easiest cars to drift are German RWD cars like the I series, K series, or maybe the 800. I even made one in automation with a V8 and it drifts easily (even with a game pad!). Just try to hold a slide in an open area like grid small pure and keep trying!
If you don’t clutch kick to start a drift at speed then you’re missing out. More controllable because instead of locking the wheels to loose the rear end it gives it a jab of power. Then you can just stay modulating the throttle as you drift.
Manual locker diff is more for old school off-roading. When it comes to drifting an LSD is much more preferred. However I am not entirely sure which type of LSD.
Decrease the displacement of the V16 down to 2 liters with short stroke and average bore. Make it a high rpm engine and that should help it not spin the tires as bad.
Would be cool if you tried to build a Group 5 racecar. They look kinda similar to bosozoku cars but they're racecars. Basically high reving, gigantic turbo lag 600-800hp deathtraps from the late 70's.
i helped a youtuber for a drifitng tutorial with automation cars in beam. it still is a pain in the ass, it can be done with some skill and tuning knowlage in automation. i actually have a video or two of it , but im not here to show off myself, i dont care about my youtube. thing is, it needed probably sports tires, less camber in the back, way less, front camber could have worked and then really feather the trottle , it could work pretty nicely. reason why drifting autoamtion cars in beam is so stupidly hard is mostly because of the steering angle, pretty sure people have noticed the drift cars in beam have insane steering angle on top of the regular ones
@@haninditohaidarsatrio7393 this guy has proven that you can be better than the experienced players. So if you find yourself playing the game and just say "I'm already doing better than that youtuber..." then it's normal.

But the lower the ignition timing, the more cracks and pops the exaust makes! (I think)
Juan Ordóñez Galbán close but wrong direction. If you have ignition after tdc then combustion will still be happening as the exhaust valve opens
