Yeah, that would get so much hype! It would literally make minivans cool again! Who needs a bland Volkswagen ID Buzz when you can get an Odyssey Type R!
I detail cars for a living, and I use a 2004 Odyssey as my work van. For me, it was the perfect balance of cargo space, fuel efficiency, reliability, and it's extremely comfortable. I don't know why minivans aren't used more - they arguably offer more utility than a sport "utility" vehicle.
I would say almost inarguably! Unless the utility is offroading (which most of today's SUVs can't do anyway), mini vans offer way more cargo space, more seating versatility (stow and go seats are like a magic trick), bigger third rows, and usually better fuel economy.
Here is the hill I will die on … The Minivan is great of a vehicle design as the Miata, F150 or any other iconic vehicle. The right tool for the job and perhaps the most versatile one ever! We had a Windstar with dual sliding doors, second row captains chairs and removable seats. For road trips we took out one of the second row seats and put our cooler and snacks and games there, and one child sat in the back bench and the other had their own other captains chair in second row … great for keeping the peace for a days worth of driving. Also remove the seats and haul a full sized couch with the back closed. And it drove really good whether it was loaded or just me. Thanks for sharing the love for this underrated vehicle. Love me a Miata Love me a MiniVan too 👊🏻😎🕹️
Best, most honest YT car vid I've seen in forever. These are also the answer to the people that are forced to, or chose to live in their vehicles. Minivans are the the new station wagons, and who doesn't love a station wagon? Great work Alanis!
My wife and I bought an SUV last year because we didn’t like minivans, the other day we traded it in for a Honda Odyssey because they are the perfect vehicle.

We picked up a 2025 Honda Odyssey Sport-L (I think its equivalent to EX-L in America) this past Halloween and it's been great since. We have been a minivan family since the first Caravan came out in the 80s and this is our third Odyssey (also our first new car purchase). We had a 2017 Odyssey Touring most recently that we had to let go because it was affected by the VCM oil leak issue and our mechanic deemed it unreliable to take on longer road trips. This was a bit discouraging, especially after our '07 Odyssey was mostly trouble-free over the 300,000 KMs we put on it over 12 years. We were considering the Sienna because of its hybrid powertrain and Toyota's overall reliability but we ended up going with the updated Odyssey when we saw that a similarly equipped Sienna was at least $10k more and we'd have to wait at least a year to get one. A lot of dealerships around us had the new Odyssey in stock and were selling for at or near MSRP. Opting for the Sport-L, it gives us most of the equipment we had on our '17 Odyssey with the addition of Apple Car Play/Android Auto and the adaptive cruise control among other tech upgrades. We do lose the coolbox which was handy and the vacuum (which I don't think Honda offers anymore anyways), but we love how much more storage cubbies we get in the front and trunk area as a result of those omissions. We're also not too keen on the push-button transmission but it's something we're getting used to. Dad's a contractor and he loves the flexibility of the seats and how he can go from work van on the weekdays to passenger van on the weekends without compromising seating space or cargo capacity. And you can not convince me that there is no better vehicle for a roadtrip than a minivan with captains chairs. I've done a Canada to Florida family roadtrip in an Subaru Forester with the bench seat second row and it was agonizing as the bench was fixed it place making it impossible to recline and sleep. And unlike in a minivan you will likely not have to share your seat with your luggage because the trunk can't accommodate luggage for 3+ people. Anyways I'm rambling now, but we agree with you Alanis! There is no better vehicle than the minivan and is absolutely deserving of the name MPV. The new Odyssey has been fantastic so far despite the minimal upgrades for 2025 and here's hoping it can be as reliable for us as the third generation was.
I grew up with a Town and Country. I learned to drive in that minivan. I also hauled all my buddies in that van and not a complaint was had as opposed to our crossover now. I love minivans! Thank you, thank you, thank you for this video. Spread the minivan love! I want to get one for our next family car so bad but my wife harps on that soccer mom stigma.
This is possibly the first time a Honda Odyssey has been reviewed by someone wearing a Cowboy hat. I think Honda missed an opportunity to create an Acura version for people looking for more luxury. It's a shame it doesn't have 360 cam. I thought these had a built-in vacuum cleaner?
They did have the Honda Vac, but similar to the Sienna and it's 2nd row fridge, those where manufactured by Shop Vac which went belly up in 2020, that's why if you see some early reviews, they have them, but they're no longer an option for either cars.

Minivans are totally underrated. Particularly the Sienna and Odyssey. I'm an enthusiast, I've had enough Miatas and RX7s and CRXs and MR2s to put one in every state in the nation over the years. And for it's all around usefulness, I say you can't beat one of those minivans. They're comfortable, they're efficient, they drive really well, they've got good power, and everybody fits inside. Compared to any SUV or crossover short of a Cayenne it's the better vehicle. The perfect two-car garage? A Honda Odyssey and a Boxster GTS Then again, I'm one of those guys who cares absolutely nothing about projecting an image so there's that.

Its true but there is still a certain demographic who isn't terribly into cars/doesn't think it's important (or doesn't have time) to critically think about what they're driving (the I hate driving & I need an A to B that my peers will congratulate me on person) who still think it is subversive and safer to drive an SUV/CUV. In an ideal world I would say in the next 5yrs all the press about how bad SUV/CUVs actually are for the average driver with (low visibility/fatal crashes/unfriendly to everyone on the road including pedestrians and how overpriced they are for diminishing returns) will pay off, but if I'm being realistic I think people will double-down on their bloated mushboxs & assert that it is patriotic to like their lifted tincans or something.
Minivans are making a comeback! That’s awesome. My mom drives an SUV and all I want is a sedan, but if I need a really capable car I think I will buy an odyssey!
Awesome review, was surprised to hear that the current Odyssey has a similar engine to the one my family had for a long time (2003 model year). Keep up the good work, Alanis!
This story rings so true on personal levels, and I’m sure we all have our own “minivan stories” at this point! When I grew up some of my friends parents had those gen 1 Chryslers… they were comfy and I loved the ice cold AC in the second row! Fast forward to 2001, my parents got a Chrysler Voyager right after Plymouth was absorbed - it was to replace their 1982 Econoline van. They put 200K on it with just regular maintenance before finally transitioning to SUVs. And then fast forward to *now* - I’ve got a small child of my own and one thing car reviewers seldom cover is the “second row dilemma” - and by that I mean rear-facing child seats! Try putting a nicer one (like a Diono) behind your drivers seat in any 3-row SUV and see how much *front seat* room you have - it won’t be much! The only solution to that is a minivan! And to the rear… in a minivan, you’ll get Suburban-like cargo room without the bulk and horrible fuel consumption. As a result, cultural stigma must be the only reason why these vans don’t sell the way they used to.
I do too. My dad always wanted a minivan in the 90s and early 2000s, but my mom didn't want to drive a big car. They eventually picked up a used 1998 Volvo V70 XC with the third-row, rear-facing jump seat. They had that car for over 20 years. It was honestly as big a car as our family of 5 ever needed. We did make use of the roof rack space extender on a few occasions, but I can count on one hand the number of times we actually used it. Space extenders are so underutilized by Americans. Why carry around all the extra space on your daily commute when you can just add it for that road trip or ski trip once or a few times a year? For more serious cargo duties, my dad had a cheap, basic compact pickup truck around (Mazda B2000, then a Ford Ranger), which cost virtually nothing to buy and maintain.
we bought an Olds Silhouette in 1990, gave it to my son when we bought a Chevy Venture in 2000. Kept that until 2012 when we gave it to another family member and bought a Scion xB. Always enjoyed the functionality of the minivans. Now thre's just the two of us and the squareness of the Scion coupled with the folding rear seats makes it our mini, minivan.
0:05 I had a classmate from botswana who said these kinds of pickups can't actually survive in Africa; they're too big Old for rangers, Nissan frontiers and the like are the true offroad-capable pickups
Here in Malaysia, we only get the 2.4L inline-4 engine shared with the Accord. I'd love to have one with the 3.5L V6 engine. But even in a country like mine where most people are obsessed with the Honda badge, most people don't care much about the Odyssey. In fact, most would go for either the Civic or the CR-V.
Props for the J35 insights - I’ve had a J series in my 3G and 4G TLs, 9th Gen Accord and current TLX SH-AWD and have had zero issues with any of them. Plus they sound amazing with a simple bolt on intake. Would definitely rock that van with the same setup and really turn some heads 😂
Thank you for doing this video.. The stigma about driving a minivan needs to go away. These are incredibly practical vehicles. Countries like CN have amazingly luxurious minivans to chauffeur.. The luxury minivan should come to US as well
Best Odyssey though are the regular sized ones that came from Japan that we got here in Aus. Mum had an RA6 and now has an RB3, the nearest thing to a modern Accord wagon 💚💚💚
sales are going up because people are realizing SUVs are cramped on the inside and bad for families. the amount of furniture I can fit in the family's 1997 Chevy Venture minivan is astonishing!
Finally caught up on all of your stuff. So glad I decided to finally start looking at your stuff + I really like that shirt as a NASCAR fan! See you this coming Thursday for the next upload! EDIT: My mom had a Ford Aerostar back in the 90s when I lived in Cleveland on West 122nd.
I have a 2019 Nissan Frontier pickup, nicely equipped. It's the perfect truck.. for me. It fits in parking decks, hauls stuff, tows stuff, it's comfortable on road and pretty good on the occasional dirt road,.. and it's not stupidly large like all these new full size pickups.
Ok now that I've calmed myself down. A bit of insight from a buyers side since we where in the market for 2022 and got a 2023 Ody. I'm surprised Sienna numbers where down 5% in 2022 but I'm sure that decline is down to the then ongoing chip/supplier issues. Anyone who wanted to buy a Sienna in 2022 or 2023 (and still in some markets today) can't, because there aren't any in lots, like there's no vehicles because they're all sold, spoken for or haven't been made yet. The limiting number for Toyota is not demand, it's supply. I bet a good chunk of the increases in minivans across the board are people who wanted to buy the Sienna, got sold on the minivan virtues and then had to buy something else. We wanted a minivan, but could not do the 18 month(!) wait to get our Sienna, and got a Odyssey in a few weeks to do the things we needed this car for. A lot of car buyers did the same. In some parts of the US this is no longer an issue, but I keep reading in other parts it still is, and good luck in Canada or here In Mexico, where we get a few of the cars produced in Toyota's USA plant. ABSOLUTELY agree on the no 360° camera. A daily driver with a possibly stressed driver is not a recipe for a car that will have pristine paint/bodywork. I can't believe that for this price it doesn't have it. But that's and the fact that no hybrid powertrain is available is my only nitpick on this vehicle, that said....I love the engine on this car, it's great how much power it has, relative for what it is....and the VTEC wail, lol. We use it for ferrying around our kids + friends, and they love it, literally yesterday I got to drop off their friends but they stayed for a few minutes on the car since they where at the climax of the movie and couldn't be bothered to leave lol and long trips are blissful on this... a non issue to drive for all day, it's amazing and I really want more excuses to take it on long multi day trips. It's also crazy how much stuff you can fit if you put the seats down and take out the ones in the middle row. My wife has randomly showed up with furniture that has no business fitting on the car and it just did with no issues haha. It's sad people are so obsessed with "the image" since this is about as a practical vehicle you can get, and once you get it, it's ridiculous how inefficient other large cars feel. Great review...and for the last time....MINIVAAAAAN!
I had a similar experience. Was looking for a new Sienna but was told it would be maybe 6 months. So I decided to look at Honda who said the wait time would be around 3 or 4 months. I was on board, but I joined some Odyssey facebook groups to check the temperature. The people HATED their Oddyessys. Always breaking down and things being recalled for widespread malfunctions.
@@JxBx80 Strange about the 3 or 4 month wait on the Odyssey, we only waited a few weeks bit since we where told about a color combination that the dealership was going to get and wanted that particular one. Initially we where told a month or two wait for the Sienna, which then got bumped to 3...then another 3 months, and lastly "at least 6 to 12 additional to what we'd waited so far". We then walked over to Honda and got the Ody. I did read that the early implementations of cylinder deactivation caused a ton of grief to owners, to the point that kits to bypass it are thriving out there, I haven't seen anything conclusive for the current V3 Earthdreams VCM and we don't run it in our car since there seem to be some subtle tuning differences for the Mexican market, and don't want to risk it. A lot of back and forward on the, no longer offered, 9 speed transmission and did read of some issues on the infotainment. Didn't understand if you did indeed bought it or waited the Sienna out. Hope whatever you got is serving you well!
Boosted Boiz on RUclips has a Odyssey mini van that was converted to awd. It has a giant turbo, makes 1000hp and does the quarter mile in under 10 seconds.
as a Buick Roadmaster wagon owner I love how my car does everything a full size truck can do without being a menace to children or people walking around. I know chrysler is the king of minivans but I did love my chevy astro I had. it's crazy how vans, minivans and wagons can do everything so much better then a truck or SUV yet people don't care because you can't lift them or take them mudding which they never do.
Nothing says “yee-haw!” like Alanis King in a cowgirl hat driving a minivan! Lol! Once again, a fantastic review as always! I think ima need that cowgirl hat to make more appearances! Lol! Excellent job Alanis!
I really love minivan because they're family friendly and the 2025 Honda odyssey is a great choice and the price it's not that bad I would buy one for myself for my own family in the future keep it up❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
Honestly, I really don't like minivans. BUT you, Alanis, make me think they're so damn cool! LOL. Great review. You certainly have a knack for making not so cool vehicles look much cooler!
It rated high when it came out but V6 mileage and FWD only seems less than fresh in the current market. Objectively, as a people mover it's hard to beat.
Minivans less money than those gargantuan vehicles but that doesn’t mean they aren’t also out of reach financially for a large contingent of people that need three-row people movers.
I love these minivans I have a 98 Ford Windstar in mint condition that I plan on driving my kids around in I grew up with these vans and I absolutely love them
my parents sold our 2011 toyota sienna for a brand new 2017 toyota highlander. the highlander is a nice car, but the sienna is just a way more comfortable car. on a road trip with 6 people in the car, i was trapped in the 3rd row with suitcases stacked to the roof for hours. if we kept our sienna, we wouldnt have this problem and everyone would be comfortable. after the road trip, im just questioning my parent's financial decision.
A minivan is the correct vehicle for most people. I've started calling anonymous CUV eggs minivans, because that's basically what they amount to, but worse than a proper one.
Arguably, today's young families had SUVs as children, so I feel like the van/MPV is on a comeback. But seriously, can we get sliding door wagons? Just me? ok ...
I have to imagine that given there are no illusions of going for driving experience here, something like Toyota's ecvt (not actually a cvt at all) hybrid system would be really attractive to get some decent fuel economy
The problem with minivans vs trucks is that minivans don’t offer the opportunities of personal expression that trucks offer. You can get lowered trucks, lifted trucks, luxury trucks, utilitarian trucks, off-road trucks, etc. A truck is an artistic canvas. A minivan is just a dentists waiting room on wheels.
When I was in high school, I desperately wanted to buy a Honda Odyssey van (first gen) that I'd found for $700...my parents could not understand why I'd want that. The answer? All of your friends can hang out in it during lunch period! I didn't buy it (bought a 1994 Camry Wagon for about the same instead, which also ruled) but minivans have always been baller!!!
Granddaughter! You need to review the Chrysler Pacifica minivan with the Sport Trim package. It's so much sportier than the soccer mom van you reviewed here.
Minivans are KING (pun intended?) for group trips with adults. Renting or hiring a minivan Uber is perfect when all passengers are taller than 5 feet. Not to mention superior ride comfort over SUVs.
I have said the minivan is the best overall vehicle. I find myself driving the sienna every day because of how often I need the utility.. The Most space without the murderous fuel prices of a truck. And the cargo is secure. And it's comfy... I don't care if it doesn't look cool... My sport sedan does that... But if I had to chose, soccer mom van, every time
People are waaay too influenced by other's opinions. As far as I'm concerned to the point of stupidity. I've seen families in minivans and I've seen families in SUVs. The minivan is like a second home to the children of the family, kind of their domain, SUVs are a way to strap in and get from one place to another for the children of the family. There's that much difference. Parents that cave to public opinion and get their SUV (for themselves) are being selfish for themselfs and actually punishing their children (somewhat) for their own insecurities.
Honda Odyyssey type R lets go!
Would love it

Try putting a nicer one (like a Diono) behind your drivers seat in any 3-row SUV and see how much *front seat* room you have - it won’t be much! The only solution to that is a minivan! And to the rear… in a minivan, you’ll get Suburban-like cargo room without the bulk and horrible fuel consumption. As a result, cultural stigma must be the only reason why these vans don’t sell the way they used to.
Totally agree. Your SUV child seat comment is super helpful too!
As a man in his late twenties I love my 2013 Sienna. Practical and super versatile. And it's good in the snow with its AWD.
Yessssss
“I sign my rights away and turn that heat back on!” 😂😂😂😂 same!!!!!
YES
Fun review - thanks!
Thank you Jeff 🤠
Pretty good but I miss the station wagons.... especially the 80s and 90s Mercedes and BMW wagons.
Wagons rock
we bought an Olds Silhouette in 1990, gave it to my son when we bought a Chevy Venture in 2000. Kept that until 2012 when we gave it to another family member and bought a Scion xB. Always enjoyed the functionality of the minivans. Now thre's just the two of us and the squareness of the Scion coupled with the folding rear seats makes it our mini, minivan.
Scion xB is so fun
“In the second row, the children have…” I’m sorry. That line just made me laugh. 😂😂
0:05 I had a classmate from botswana who said these kinds of pickups can't actually survive in Africa; they're too big
Old for rangers, Nissan frontiers and the like are the true offroad-capable pickups
Small trucks rock
0:47 holy thighs lol
Here in Malaysia, we only get the 2.4L inline-4 engine shared with the Accord. I'd love to have one with the 3.5L V6 engine.
But even in a country like mine where most people are obsessed with the Honda badge, most people don't care much about the Odyssey. In fact, most would go for either the Civic or the CR-V.
Wow! That’s so fascinating! I love hearing about what people around the world do
You do a great job creating an engaging story. Jason Camisa, watch out. You made a great sales pitch for minivans.
Awwww thank you
Props for the J35 insights - I’ve had a J series in my 3G and 4G TLs, 9th Gen Accord and current TLX SH-AWD and have had zero issues with any of them. Plus they sound amazing with a simple bolt on intake. Would definitely rock that van with the same setup and really turn some heads 😂
That’s awesome. I’m glad you enjoyed them 🤠
Thank you for doing this video.. The stigma about driving a minivan needs to go away. These are incredibly practical vehicles. Countries like CN have amazingly luxurious minivans to chauffeur.. The luxury minivan should come to US as well
Thank you for watching 🤠
Preach girl, people here in Texas still think I'm weird not to own a Truck. lol
All the time!
Best Odyssey though are the regular sized ones that came from Japan that we got here in Aus. Mum had an RA6 and now has an RB3, the nearest thing to a modern Accord wagon 💚💚💚
Love that
I can't wait for the next gen Odyssey to be honest!
I also can’t wait
The market has spoken long ago, at least for the US, people want ego strokers, huge monstrous trucks and SUVs, not practical cars.
So true
1st generation Odyssey had a twin, the Isuzu Oasis. I saw one once around 2000 in a Honda dealership garage.
Oh Lawd, there's Sugar Britches. Hey Alanis ❤
Hello!
sales are going up because people are realizing SUVs are cramped on the inside and bad for families. the amount of furniture I can fit in the family's 1997 Chevy Venture minivan is astonishing!
From minivanmaster themselves
@@AlanisKing hah I feel like the RUclips gods saw my username and recommended this video to me since you're a fellow minivan expert!
I love my 2000 Sienna van in top shape. Scotty Kilmer says so, too!
Heck yes
I own a Sienna, and it is the most practical and comfortable vehicle I’ve ever owned. It may not be cool, but it sure is awesome.
Heck yes
I’m late but the SUV swinging door line was good ☝🏽. Also minivans make the best rental vehicles. So much room!
Hahahaha thank you 🤠
I'd love to get a Honda Odyssey to live in.
I appreciate your comments every time. Thank you so much for being here!
@@AlanisKing Not a problem!
Awesome pick. I'm sure it's great for you!
Love this convo. Minivans for life
Hey Alana. A quality video, even for an anonymous minivan. BTW, that hat needs its own name.
Thank you : )
Boosted Boiz on RUclips has a Odyssey mini van that was converted to awd. It has a giant turbo, makes 1000hp and does the quarter mile in under 10 seconds.
Boosted indeed
as a Buick Roadmaster wagon owner I love how my car does everything a full size truck can do without being a menace to children or people walking around. I know chrysler is the king of minivans but I did love my chevy astro I had. it's crazy how vans, minivans and wagons can do everything so much better then a truck or SUV yet people don't care because you can't lift them or take them mudding which they never do.
Minivan gang!
Nothing says “yee-haw!” like Alanis King in a cowgirl hat driving a minivan! Lol! Once again, a fantastic review as always! I think ima need that cowgirl hat to make more appearances! Lol! Excellent job Alanis!
I love the hat! Thank you!
I really love minivan because they're family friendly and the 2025 Honda odyssey is a great choice and the price it's not that bad I would buy one for myself for my own family in the future keep it up❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
Thanks for watching Edgar!

Idk if the thumbnail is just a random car or not but for whatever reason when I saw the thumbnail I instantly guessed it would be a Honda Odyssey 😅
You’re right! That’s a photo we took of the Odyssey and then covered the car
love the yellow & black boots ✊🏻✊🏼✊🏽✊🏾✊🏿
: )
I never thought you would review a minivan
Almost everyone who owns an SUV would be happier with a minivan. My Chrysler T&C with stow-n-go is an almost perfect vehicle.
🫡
Honestly, I really don't like minivans. BUT you, Alanis, make me think they're so damn cool! LOL. Great review. You certainly have a knack for making not so cool vehicles look much cooler!
Awwww thank you so much Sebastian
It rated high when it came out but V6 mileage and FWD only seems less than fresh in the current market. Objectively, as a people mover it's hard to beat.
So fair
It is so much more practical but people insist on driving ridiculously overpriced and gargantuan trucks.
Love minivans
Minivans less money than those gargantuan vehicles but that doesn’t mean they aren’t also out of reach financially for a large contingent of people that need three-row people movers.
I love these minivans I have a 98 Ford Windstar in mint condition that I plan on driving my kids around in I grew up with these vans and I absolutely love them
Yessssss (also hi again!)
my parents sold our 2011 toyota sienna for a brand new 2017 toyota highlander. the highlander is a nice car, but the sienna is just a way more comfortable car. on a road trip with 6 people in the car, i was trapped in the 3rd row with suitcases stacked to the roof for hours. if we kept our sienna, we wouldnt have this problem and everyone would be comfortable. after the road trip, im just questioning my parent's financial decision.
Sienna gang
A minivan is the correct vehicle for most people. I've started calling anonymous CUV eggs minivans, because that's basically what they amount to, but worse than a proper one.
I want to see more modified minivans. Give me a low rider minivan. Give me a drifting minivan. Put bodykits on minivans!
Totally agree
Arguably, today's young families had SUVs as children, so I feel like the van/MPV is on a comeback.
But seriously, can we get sliding door wagons? Just me? ok ...
Would love that
I have to imagine that given there are no illusions of going for driving experience here, something like Toyota's ecvt (not actually a cvt at all) hybrid system would be really attractive to get some decent fuel economy
If you can afford multiple vehicles, a minivan is a great choice as one of them. A pickup is another.
Agree
China has a minivan segment called the MPV. It’s just like the Kia carnival but larger. It’s 90+ percent chauffeur driven.
Love it
If i didn't already have a venza i would buy a current gen sienna even as a single man myself.
Sienna gang!
@@AlanisKingyeah baby
The problem with minivans vs trucks is that minivans don’t offer the opportunities of personal expression that trucks offer. You can get lowered trucks, lifted trucks, luxury trucks, utilitarian trucks, off-road trucks, etc. A truck is an artistic canvas. A minivan is just a dentists waiting room on wheels.
Ohhhh mannnnn I would put bronze wheels on a slammed minivan any day
minivans r practical n can take many ppl ❤
Totally agree
Minivans are great. They get a lot of stuff right
Totally
So good that we bought two!
If the Odyssey sits low, then you've been driving way too many SUVs and trucks!!
I really have!
Yes! You get it!
Granddaughter! You need to review the Chrysler Pacifica minivan with the Sport Trim package. It's so much sportier than the soccer mom van you reviewed here.
I want to so badly!
Holy crap! I watched a Minivan review!😮
Thank you 🫡🫡
If we would chose cars based on logic . . . . 😀 Thanks Alanis!
: ) Thanks Harko
With the death of the wagon, the minivan will take that space for enthusiasts, especially Japanese/SE Asian car fans
Totally agree. Was talking about this the other day
The Odyssey is a luxury car with a huge trunk.
Yep
Minivans are KING (pun intended?) for group trips with adults. Renting or hiring a minivan Uber is perfect when all passengers are taller than 5 feet. Not to mention superior ride comfort over SUVs.
YES
I feel that minivans are better family haulers than 3-row SUVs. The low floor does wonders in terms of overall space and ease-of-entry.
Yes!
I think minivans will be somewhat desirable one day once automakers decide not to make them anymore.
I never got the appeal of suvs. They're just minivans, but more expensive and with less space.
MAKE MINIVANS GREAT AGAIN!!
Minivan gang
I have said the minivan is the best overall vehicle. I find myself driving the sienna every day because of how often I need the utility.. The Most space without the murderous fuel prices of a truck. And the cargo is secure. And it's comfy... I don't care if it doesn't look cool... My sport sedan does that... But if I had to chose, soccer mom van, every time
Sienna! Awesome choice
You could fit more Alanises in there if you disassemble them first.
doesn't the hyundai carnival have swivel chairs in the 2nd row captain chairs? they do for sure in korea.
In other markets! Not America
Minivans are truly so good
Looking like Pixar mom. 😉
Minivans are alright, but station wagons are so much cooler. Such a shame they are not popular in America.
Wagons rock
I love this minivan!
Me too!
