Great cookies with only 2 ingredients! Sugar-free, gluten-free, dairy-free, egg-free. I don't eat sugar. You have to try this! You will definitely love the taste. ✌🏻🥰
Cooking recipe and ingredients:

Recipe #1 (only 2 ingredients):
60 gr. (1 cup) desiccated coconut.
1 sweet apple.
Grate the apple on a fine grater.
Mix.
Form cookies with a spoon.
Place the cookies on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (360°F) for 20-25 minutes.

Recipe #2:
100 gr. (1 cup) almond flour.
1 banana, an overripe banana is better, it is sweet.
Puree the banana.
Mix.
Form cookies.
Place cookies on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
Bake in a preheated oven at 170°C (360°F) for 25-30 minutes.
Let's prepare aromatic and very healthy tea.
A few apple slices.
A few lemon slices.
A handful of frozen blueberries.
1.5 tablespoons black loose leaf tea.
1 liter of boiling water.

Está perfecto que lo hagas a tu gusto y lo disftutes... sólo que si mezclas coco y harina ya no serían sólo dos ingredientes, pues esos dos no se unen, necesitarías huevo o mantequilla o algo que los una... y azúcar o miel para darle un sabor dulce... no me imagino sólo coco y harina 🙄
Tengo un amor especial por Costa Rica... soy de Uruguay pero viví un año en Quepos y ahí quedó parte de mi corazón... Pura vida y que te queden bien ricas esas galletas ❤
