I'd make up some bullshit statistic about how it's still Christmas in Mars, but I know none of you will have any of it. Merry Belated Christmas everyone. :)
Honestly I would've liked the story better if Bane was pulling the strings or something I mean he might as well of been the main antagonist anyway since frankly joker doesn't really do anything in this game, he shows up, has a bromance moment about batman, then gets the ever living shit kicked out of him.
seeing as Hugo Strange was advertised as the main villain of Arkham City and Joker ended up winning Character of the Year, it didn't surprise me that Joker did the same to Black Mask in Origins. Still, I think what they got right over its predecessors was boss fights. Arkham City had a few hits like Mr. Freeze and Clayface, but with Origins I felt accomplished taking down bosses like Deathstroke, Bane, Deadshot, Firefly and Copperhead. Even when the bosses were just NPCs like Anarky, Black Mask and Shiva, I took great pleasure in laying the smackdown on them like I did NPC Joker in Arkham City.
Deathstroke's boss fight in this game was fun once you knew what you were supposed to do, despite basically being a long quick time event and then spamming the attack button. Blows the Arkham Knight encounter out of the water.
Leopold Litchenstein Yeah. I was extremely disappointed with the Deathstroke "fight" in Arkham Knight. At least in Origins, it was a hand-to-hand boss fight that was satisfying.
I think the in-universe explanation is explained in City itself, when Batman asks for the line launcher. Alfred asks why doesn't Batman just cary everything in a bigger belt. Batman's response: "Too heavy, slows me down". Weak explanation I know, but there it is
I've played Batman Arkham Origins first, it was really amazing. Never played a Arkham game in my life. Then I got my hands on Arkham City after beating Origins, and it was just so much more better. It felt like a upgrade to Origins, which is weird. But I still feel Origins is still good and got both of them. But I find myself playing Arkham City more.
You know, sometimes, we get presents late. I don't mind, we still get this review, so I can still count it as a Christmas present. Merry Christmas Johnny.

Great review as usual, Johnny! And the ending with Elliot made me laugh xD Always good to see him in your reviews. Someday you should get the entire SGB together to do a review, if possible!
havnt seen this review yet, but im just saying this: I dont get the extreme hate for this game. I actually really liked it. I liked it the same amount I liked City. (Asylum is still my favorite, not because the others are bad, but the claustrophobic almost feeling of it really stood out for me) The main complaint i hear about origins is Joker is too dark, and while he is dark, i like this version of Joker better. its closer to the comics version. Well you have to remember most of the assassins were only in it for the money. Still though, that introduction cutscene showing all the assassins did set my hopes high
Oh, dear. Looks like John has TWO lives to live, and they collided; playing this year's mall Santa, and fighting injustice as the greatest caped crimefighter of all time. Well, what ya gonna do about it? Still a GREAT review. Keep 'em comin' Johnny!!
Thanks for telling us where to skip to in order to avoid spoilers. I just got this game for Christmas, and I really wanted to see the story for myself.
you know what i hate in videogames is when they make a prequel and they make a main person die but since you know that they are alive because of the orther games in the series
Probably felt necessary to have an ice grenade substitute that wouldn’t break canon. Also, it’s explained in the Cold, Cold Heart that the glue grenade’s formula was unstable and was no longer usable.
This is my first Arkham game and what an introduction it was, I remember my dad coming home from the library with the Wii U version of the game and I was excited to pop it in and play it after it updated
I actually really REALLY liked Arkham Origins, I'd say it's my favorite out of the arkham series. I wasn't really into Arkham city and while Asylum was great I really had the most enjoyment with Arkham Origins. Stupid that I bought it on pc cause I allready had the other games for 360 so now that kinda ruins the collection :p
I feel the same way dude! The combat was better, the side missions were more interesting, overall I had way more fun with Origins. Its definitely my favorite game on the series....
+RubberDucky I'm not shitting on your opinion ( I honestly find arkham origins to be a very worthy sequel myself), but I'm just asking why weren't you as into Arkham Origins as Arkham City. I'm not saying that in doubt of AO's quality about how it's very similar to AC.
+CallmeJoe I don't know what is was about Arkham City, I just didn't like it. The story didn't appeal to me, the atmosphere the open world gave didn't feel right, it was a very small map on top of that and just everything felt disconnected. Also it ended with a terrible final boss fight... I felt like Origins had a far better tone than city. Arkham City was not what I expected to see after Arkham Asylum, it's not big enough to be deemed an open world game and it's not small enough like Asylum to be deemed more of a level selection hub.
11:18 That sounds very similar to Lego Batman 2, where you not only have access to teleport to any vehicle spawn location whenever you want, it also gives you the ability to hunt down one of the villains which you can later buy after defeat upon activating the vehicle spawn location.
The only thing that disappointed me was that this was yet another "Batman v. Joker" story. Batman has one of the best and well-known Rogues' Gallery, but they insist on dragging Joker out. Black Mask as the main villain would of been great. and the assassins should of all got equal time and relevance to the plot. Deathstroke, despite being on most of the promotional material and hype, as a boss in the earliest parts of the game and only showing up near the end was a huge mistake.
Great review as always Johnny, but you forgot something: In the game, you can complete certain missions to further upgrade yourself and get a higher % completion. These missions include the Predator missions, which often include predator encounters, which are segmented into the story. However, this causes one major flaw: if you go through all the predator encounters without completing these missions, which you often do because you're more than likely to not be focusing on them, you can't get them. What a serious fuck up, but on the plus side, that's the biggest technical fuck up in the game, and it can be moderately remedied if you go out of your way to do them in the story.
+SirWalrusII At least we got something out of it, and not like "Return of Slade" from Teen Titans Go, where he doesn't appear at all and is only defeated offscreen.
i kinda imagined a 2D batman that throws a ton of batarangs ( maybe a few melee-hits like zero from the X series)... goddamnit, i don't think i can forget that anytime soon
Or like how the ongoing "Feud" between humans and reploids plot is completely undermined by Sigma being the villain for every game that's not X6 or Command Mission.
7 years too late, but I think my game glitched when I had to go meet joker for the first time, the way point disappeared and I slept on the game for 6 years.
I love Origins a lot. City is still my preference (being the first Arkham game I played and I feel like it had more to offer as far as a total package goes), but Origins was underrated in my opinion. It definitely had some issues but I think the boss battles are the best so far. The Deadshot battle in City was absolutely pointless and he actually felt a little threatening in this game. Definitely pumped for Knight this June.
I think this story would have been better if instead of joker, they made it the red hood (who is joker before he fell into the chemicals) and had this game be an origin story of the joker. Like if the red hood was the one In charge. And at the end we see him fall and become the joker.
true but it would have made more sense with the title. maybe not red hood. but it could have been like the movie "Batman year one" something other than joker again. he is great and all. but it would be a nice change of pace.
+cioda I'll admit, your comment confused me at first because I thought your were referring to the Jason Todd Red Hood, but when I was once aware that the one you meant was former identity for the Joker, it made more sense and sounds like a good idea.
All I'm saying is where the heck is Scarecrow? He was the dark horse highlight of Asylum, they teased the hell out of him in City and nothing with Origins? Boo. (pun unintended)
0:46 Yet you own the game for ps3 anyway, and you had Arkham Asylum for PS3 in that review to show off the Joker challenge maps, so you SHOULD have an Arkham game to complement Origins.
Great review! I understand that you probably have a lot on your plate already, but one game I've always wanted to see reviewed is Okami for the ps2\Wii. I have played through it multiple times and loved it every time. It's got just the right amount of funny, innovation, challenge, story and background to make a fantastic review. Between you and AVGN, you have the better chops to do it. Happy New year Johnny!
Shouldn't Troy Baker have done all he could to sound like Hamill considering it's the same iteration of the character? If it was a different universe, I would also complain that he's just copying him, but since this takes place before Asylum and is the same version of Joker, I think it's fine
hamil had announced his retirement, apparently everyone has decided to forget that. the only reason he came back for knight is cause it had some content from his favorite comic. (cant remember if it was killing joke or death in the family)
I want to believe that, but I can't The game just had less development. Seriously, there moments where my counter should have worked, but I took a hit instead. Maybe if the developers didn't add in multiplayer, the combat could've been on par with Arkham Knight.
Johnny, we whole-heartedly encourage you to go out to Gamestop, pick up a copy of Monster Hunter 3 Ultimate for the Wii U, sit down, spend quite a bit of time with it, and then review it. We remember what you said about the game's initial impressions on you, and we can tell you that almost everyone who becomes a fan says that at first. The demo for the game is possibly the worst demo made to represent any good game, as all you do in the demo is hunt 2 monsters (a laughable one and a very cheap one, at that, and almost all of the weapons and armor are pretty horrible). True, the game is called "Monster Hunter", but there is sooooo much more to the game than just hunting; most would even say that hunting is something you don't even do 30-50% of the time! It's a game that really delivers a great feeling of satisfaction as well as progression, and we really think you should try the full experience. You should ignore the demo (aside from in order to get used to the controls and find out which weapon suits you best) and go buy the game at Gamestop since a new copy of the Wii U version (which has online) only costs 20 bucks. ---------------------- Johnny, that was a LOT to read, but we really say you should at least read every word and consider it! :D
i8ashketchum151 Johnny is not that fond of reviewing RPGs as they take a while to review and the only ones he has done was Pokémon 1,2, the earthbound series, and undertale
Hell I’ve hoped he’d review the paper Mario series or at least the first 2 with a catch up review on super later. The reason I say don’t do super right after is so you have time to settle.
"Christmas ham on Christmas morning isn't exactly the end of the world." He does have a point there, besides you're having it on the actual day, so that makes it a little more meaningful in my opinion.
id like to see a batman game where you have to play as bruce wayne too it's almost as if when it comes to a batman game the fact that he is an alter ego seems to be non existant and with the games stealth functions could easily put in a sneak out of the office scene to become batman or something to that effect. will we ever see a batman game that gives the batman/ wayne dynamic a real presence? .... I doubt it... should we see that? ... i think so
Telltale Batman is a promise the story is the same level as the Arkham games (imo) the gameplay sometime (imo) and the quality is better than the PC version of Arkham Knight :)
someone asked what the game play would be then added a joke whihc was "paying taxes" which showed they haven't seen enough of the shows. He goes out in various disguises to do information gathering or to infiltrate and manipulate groups of thugs in some of the shows. there was also the time where he' had to meet an old rival without the cape and cowl such as in the confrontation with Kyokai Ken in TAS. or the time where he had to give up his cape and cowl in the TAS episode "The Cape and Cowl Conspiracy" so there's plenty of scenarios where being cowlless would add a new spin on game play especially if there were more than just thugs everywhere all the time.
Gr8man984 I agree Tearaway is good, but not nearly enough to get a Vita for. (If you already have a Vita, go right ahead, but if not, you won't miss much)
Jingle Bells, Deathstroke sells, Joker is the main, When I bought this game I was pretty damn scared of TN-1 Bane, Jingle Bells, Gotham is hell, cleaning it up is a pain, So why not bring in Supah Mann!!! (or at least have them switch cities for a day or two)
Although I think you were still a bit harsh on it, at least your review of Origins makes sense. Most of the time people just pick on the pettiest of details and overblow them into a reason to hate it (oh hello, retained gadgets! a real genuine dealbreaker, you are! for some reason). I loved the story, so that is a difference in opinion. But I totally agree it was rushed in terms of the assassins. I bet they wanted to do so much more with that, just from the feel of the way it was set up. I don't mind that one was already defeated and one was a joke, but especially Shiva and Deadshot could've done with better treatment. And on the Black Mask front, it would've been nice to see more made of the actual guy, like perhaps he actually gets to come back and try and exact revenge on Joker for impersonating him, or something like that. However I still think it's my favourite in the series, nevermind its flaws.
Another thing that I feel like was a missed opportunity was the dlcs, this sounds very far fetched but I would loved if they had done more villain origin dlc (like cold cold heart) imagine a two face dlc, poison ivy one, ect
Mal Nexus Inovative? Innovative? Are you shitting me? did you even play this game ?it is by no means innovative, just new, You people are so blinded by your hate of the direction of the RE series and your stupid desires for the PS3 to have a decent exclusive you will just praise it for nothing. Lets start from the top, arguably the most important part of the game, gameplay. Stealth kill zombies. I've NEVER seen that before, and it has plenty of glitches, they aren't game breaking but they aren't hard to find or fix, companion AI is brain dead, and enemies are fucking stupid and cheap as hell at times seemingly knowing exactly what you are about to do and ducking before you can shoot them, moving somewhere where you can get a good stealth attack without revealing yourself, and so on. Well acted? I could do that, its not hard to act like a complete dickhole. I get it, the world ended, and? Am I supposed to hate the characters? Excluding the two little girls who had some life to them, but even then not much, and one dies in the first 20 minutes. otherwise they all sound bored as hell half the time and mad the other. The story is sooooo generic, I couldn't care less what happens to any of these people, especially since I already know 2 minutes in. She is going to die, she is obviously infected, he doesn't give a shit or love anyone but will learn to care as the story goes on. And it would help if they didn't spoil everything with their stupid ads too. It looked nice, so did GTA 5 and pretty much every other game coming out since then, Its not that great. Explain to me, go ahead explain, what about any of this game is innovative? What about it deserves a 5 star rating? Can you do that? I bet you cant since none of the other fanboys of this game could. You just say, "something must be wrong with you." As if that means shit. Give me a reason to care about this game. I dare you. But Ik you cant, you will just say something along the lines of "Fuck you this game is great" like everyone else. and I want to make clear to, despite all that, I dont hate this game, its not bad, but it by no means deserves all the praise. You people are acting like its a gift from God, like no game has ever been like it before. Hell I can stealth kill people in a similar fashion in assassin's creed, its not new.
Mal Nexus Yeah, The Last of Us is definitely beautiful and well-written. But innovative? I don't see what it does that stands out in terms of gameplay, other than being a unique mashup of stealth and third-person shooting. The AI was pretty bad and the "ladder-finding" was annoying. Great game, definitely, but calling it Game of the Year is pushing it (though it does deserve at least a nomination), and one of the greatest games of all-time is going too far.
PMar797 I dont think it even deserves a nomination, actually I cant think of many games that came out this year that didn't suck so I guess average will be 5 stars from now on, one more reason not to buy next gen.
tgsachris Dude, honestly you don't have to act like a dick about it. I agree The Last of Us is getting too much praise and it can annoy me sometimes, but it honestly is a pretty good game. The characters are quite dynamic and you can see them evolve overtime. Joel was just acting like a dick because he didn't want to deal with Ellie after his daughter died. Later on, though, he really takes care of her like she was his daughter, which is accentuated and well-shown by the writing. Graphically, it looks very nice, but not incredible/amazing/revolutionary. But the gameplay, you do make a point. The game is a bit glitchy, the AI is bad and the stealth can get on my nerves because when Joel takes cover, Ellie can be running around and can get caught. Overall, great game. But 10/10? I don't think so. I think about 8.5-9/10 is enough.
You don't need to apolgize for not uploading a video during December month. Everyone is busy planning christmas, buying presents, decorating etc and I have a feeling that you were not an exception on doing those kind of activities. I hope you had a wonderful christmas and I'm looking forward to upcoming videos, especially when Nintendo is going to shoot out 1 awesome title after another during next year. Here's for 2014! Cheers!
I just finished this game earlier today and I gotta say that I did enjoy it, but it can be painful playing at times. I'm glad I was able to get it for $40 instead of $60. The best part of the game was definitely the TN-1 Bane boss fight. So scary and intense and I loved it. Definitely one of my favorite parts in the whole Arkham series.
Yeah it had so many good features with a really good story backing it up. All the combat and stealth mechanics are the same, but they added new moves to make it more enjoyable. Like the fear takedown, you take one guy out, then you select another, and you can take out up to four guys in the beginning, but you can upgrade so you can do more. I'm not going to give away anything about the story but, Batman's in a deep psychological battle in this one.
SwagnemeraldzMC Yea funny how that works. Now Sega and WB need to make a crossover game with Sonic in the Bat suit and Batman with speed of light. Roger Craig Smith voices bot the characters and add Flash in just for the fun of hearing Batman tell Flash hes to slow.
Only reason for me to invest in a PSVita is to play PS4 games on it when I don't feel like to play games on my giant 60 inch LG flat screen TV in my salon lol
Just barely missed the mark for a Christmas release by mere hours. Oops! :S A belated Merry Christmas to you too John, and have a fantastic New Years as well.
The Concussion Detonator is without a doubt the most useless gadget in the series and fuck Arkham Knight, Arkham Origins is the weakest game in said series. You had the kickass Batmobile and you could do the main story at your own pace.
Yeah, it's really only to serve the the other function of the absent electrical charge gun. And I agree, I prefer Knight over Origins, though I will admit my preference of any Arkham game to another is marginal.
Yes the concussion detonator is a useless gadget and why did you say fuck Arkham Knight when you say you could use the Batmobile and kick ass and do the main story at you pace just like the previous Arkham games beforehand ?...I don't know if you're trying to say you hate Arkham Origins and meant to say fuck Arkham Origins (But didn't bother to fix your mistakes on your comment) and say Arkham Knight is better...because that is the one that have the Batmobile not Origins, Origins only have that Batwing for a cutscene loop to teleport Batman in the air to dive bomb in different locations around the 2 districts of the map around the 7 locations.
The adam west batman costume should have augmented the game so when you punched someone, it'd throw up a comic book POW or WHAM or something
Or have Adam West voice Batman for it
I'd make up some bullshit statistic about how it's still Christmas in Mars, but I know none of you will have any of it. Merry Belated Christmas everyone. :)
Merry Belated Christmas to you! :)
Merry day after christmas jhon.
indeed, Merry After Christmas, and Happy New Year, John
Two words: Boxing Day.
happy martian christmas john and hope u get lots of thos steam games
Bat Santa actually makes sense! Now we have someone to deliver the presents to all the kids with no parents!
Oof
That’s really edgy but it made me laugh.

"Yeah, b-but this is 50% off...." LOL, you crack me up, man!
After Johnny said "Sony will you please get it together." it was immediately followed by a 3DS ad!
wow good timing
Funny.

IS batman scratching his ass?
***** LOL thats what i thought too...i was gonna comment but searched and u already did haha
Well maybe the spandex was a bit tighter then usual and it’s been rubbing up a itch. You can’t shame the man for scratching his itch.
Yep XD
Well there is a reason why Joker and some other thugs during Christmas time in Gotham City sing the jingle bells Batman smells song.
13:31
At least the Adam West costume is in the PS4 version of Batman: Arkham Knight.
It's 3:22 a.m. in Minnesota right now, I'm 15 and I still watched this video. That's how devoted of a fan I am!
BATMAN™ Arkham Origins™
Starring Chris Redfield as Batman.
or ezio or thomas from regular show I think
AmericanBuizel Or Sonic.
AmericanBuizel Did Ezio or Thomas from regular show have Chris Redfield's voice actor?
***** Then I am beat. Good job, sir.
And Booker DeWitt as the Joker(TM).
I just don't understand how batman has pretty much every gadget from Arkham City when this game takes place before Arkham Asylum.
I think the in-universe explanation is explained in City itself, when Batman asks for the line launcher. Alfred asks why doesn't Batman just cary everything in a bigger belt. Batman's response: "Too heavy, slows me down".
Weak explanation I know, but there it is
Altar360 that makes sense.
I remember seeing an interview awhile back where a guy basically said it wouldn't be as fun without all the gadgets he had in the last one.
It's cannon in the comics that batman has a rotating arsenal. He can not, nor goes he try to, carry every gadget he owns.
Ian Amiot Alfred "Have you considered a bigger belt sir."
Batman "I did, it was to heavy"
Batman: Arkham City

I never thought Johnny could look so ridiculous, yet so awesome at the same time.
"Jingle bells, Batman smells" refrence to the Batman: Animated Series

KidSnivy69 I highly disagree but to each their own i guess.
Well you have to remember most of the assassins were only in it for the money. Still though, that introduction cutscene showing all the assassins did set my hopes high
I think the main reason they were able to push it out so quickly is that Rocksteady pretty much gave WB Montreal all the AA and AC assets to use.
Geez, Troy Baker and Roger Craig Smith just love working together it seems, and alongside Laura Bailey
Oh, dear. Looks like John has TWO lives to live, and they collided; playing this year's mall Santa, and fighting injustice as the greatest caped crimefighter of all time.

I still snort, giggle, and laugh my butt off when I try to tell people about the "glue grenades" in this game.
Probably felt necessary to have an ice grenade substitute that wouldn’t break canon.
Also, it’s explained in the Cold, Cold Heart that the glue grenade’s formula was unstable and was no longer usable.

WHY for the mother of god did they just toss Deathstroke into the fucking sidelines like he's just some c-list villain?!
+SirWalrusII
At least we got something out of it, and not like "Return of Slade" from Teen Titans Go, where he doesn't appear at all and is only defeated offscreen.
They had a great "Megaman" theme going on with the 8 bosses. But they had to ruin that, didn't they? So close to having Joker be Doc Willy. :(
i kinda imagined a 2D batman that throws a ton of batarangs ( maybe a few melee-hits like zero from the X series)... goddamnit, i don't think i can forget that anytime soon
xD I realized it after I heard the 8 bosses.
That idea sounds cool! Too bad that wasn't the case. :(
Or like how the ongoing "Feud" between humans and reploids plot is completely undermined by Sigma being the villain for every game that's not X6 or Command Mission.
Johnny vs. Bioshock Infinite?
How about Johnny vs. pretty much all 3 Bioschock games?
If a fourth game comes out there will be a month of bio shock prob
the__wolf And then Ken Levine left 2K, *Weeps silently in the corner*
***** Shhhh be optimistic
7 years too late, but I think my game glitched when I had to go meet joker for the first time, the way point disappeared and I slept on the game for 6 years.
Pretty sure Blackgate could've been a PlayStation 2 game.
It looks like it could have been a late PS1 game at some points
Merry Christmas Johnny, I look forward to another year of great reviews.
Still wishing for a comic book accurate Bane outside the comics.
When he said "catwoman is this game's navigator", I thought he was gonna say this game's Navi. Then my mind was blown.
*Whispers* Persona 4 Golden.
Too bad that game is on PC now.
@@rexmageuser why is that too bad?
LordEvilMane it makes the vita even more useless .
@@SeñorFajita not really, still plenty of good exclusive games for the platform and also great ports for a handheld.
Damn 6 years and still hasn’t done it
I love how you change the wallpaper on your computer every new review. I really like that.
Right as I was gonna pick up this game today Johnny does a review on it! Perfect timing John! ;)
I think this story would have been better if instead of joker, they made it the red hood (who is joker before he fell into the chemicals) and had this game be an origin story of the joker. Like if the red hood was the one In charge. And at the end we see him fall and become the joker.
cioda That may have not worked, seeing how Red Hood isn't as cunning or brave as Joker.
true but it would have made more sense with the title. maybe not red hood. but it could have been like the movie "Batman year one" something other than joker again. he is great and all. but it would be a nice change of pace.
cioda I guess, yeah. Kind of wanted DeathStroke to be the main focus.
+Willie Wonker unless you're going with the New 52's Red Hood, as seen in Zero Year.
+cioda I'll admit, your comment confused me at first because I thought your were referring to the Jason Todd Red Hood, but when I was once aware that the one you meant was former identity for the Joker, it made more sense and sounds like a good idea.
9:33 the delivery of this line is soo good.
All I'm saying is where the heck is Scarecrow? He was the dark horse highlight of Asylum, they teased the hell out of him in City and nothing with Origins? Boo. (pun unintended)
He is? Curse my ADHD, I think I missed 'em! xD
HibHab69 well now don’t you look stupid lol

Yet you own the game for ps3 anyway, and you had Arkham Asylum for PS3 in that review to show off the Joker challenge maps, so you SHOULD have an Arkham game to complement Origins.
The PS Vita is WORTH IT! Take it from someone who originally bought it cos there were no Switch's available.
StrangelySuspicious27 Then they might as well have gotten Mark Hamil.
hamil had announced his retirement, apparently everyone has decided to forget that. the only reason he came back for knight is cause it had some content from his favorite comic. (cant remember if it was killing joke or death in the family)
@@drag00n365
Killing joke.
Oh Elliot. You and your sudden cameos in these review videos. There really awesome and funny :)
Johnny, don't beat yourself up over this being late. Yesterday was Christmas! Nobody should have to work on a holiday!
the reason why I think they hit harder is the fact this is Batman's early career and no on knows him or fears him.
I want to believe that, but I can't The game just had less development. Seriously, there moments where my counter should have worked, but I took a hit instead. Maybe if the developers didn't add in multiplayer, the combat could've been on par with Arkham Knight.
Could you review Uncharted 3 like you kinda suggested a while back? Or maybe just the entire trilogy?
90 % of my adventure with the remote claw was actually used to do inverted takedowns from a distance and ko foes with nearby gas canisters.

Johnny, that was a LOT to read, but we really say you should at least read every word and consider it! :D
Since Roger Craig Smith is the voice of Batman, I guess you could say that it's Sonic the Hedgehog in a Batman suit as well as Chris Redfield.
Do a Johnny vs. Fire Emblem: Awakening!
i8ashketchum151 Johnny is not that fond of reviewing RPGs as they take a while to review and the only ones he has done was Pokémon 1,2, the earthbound series, and undertale
Hell I’ve hoped he’d review the paper Mario series or at least the first 2 with a catch up review on super later. The reason I say don’t do super right after is so you have time to settle.
Thanks for the spoiler free time stamp Johnny would love more of those in ur videos
such an underrated game imo
It's ok, but not really underrated
SilJeff if you say it like that it is overrated
"Christmas ham on Christmas morning isn't exactly the end of the world."
He does have a point there, besides you're having it on the actual day, so that makes it a little more meaningful in my opinion.
So......SomecallyouJohnny eh? whatever anyhow when is that kingdom hearts review coming along?
Am i the only one who loves when he calls them mooks
I heard you can get Bioshock Infinite for FREE if you are a PS+ member in January.
Roger Craig Smith as Batman?
Now all I can picture in my head is Batman wearing a brown scarf.
id like to see a batman game where you have to play as bruce wayne too it's almost as if when it comes to a batman game the fact that he is an alter ego seems to be non existant and with the games stealth functions could easily put in a sneak out of the office scene to become batman or something to that effect. will we ever see a batman game that gives the batman/ wayne dynamic a real presence? .... I doubt it... should we see that? ... i think so
I agree completely.
There's Telltale Batman on the way
louisross980 hmmmm interesting... ill have to look into that it may have some promise.
Great Review :) I Always Look Forward To Seeing What Review You Do Next. Keep Up The Great Work And Thank You For Entertaining Me.
I got a vita today, Persona 4 Golden was a good reason
...A good reason, but the only reason, too
Well no I would say tearaway is the best reason to get one but that's my opinion.
Gr8man984
I agree Tearaway is good, but not nearly enough to get a Vita for. (If you already have a Vita, go right ahead, but if not, you won't miss much)
You had a good reason to buy it, a damn good reason to buy it.
Gravity Rush?
Jingle Bells, Deathstroke sells, Joker is the main,
When I bought this game I was pretty damn scared of TN-1 Bane,
Jingle Bells, Gotham is hell, cleaning it up is a pain,
So why not bring in Supah Mann!!!
(or at least have them switch cities for a day or two)
i dont really care for the multiplayer, so i just got the wii U version XD
YOU HAVE HALO 3 and 4 YOU HAVE TO DO A MONTH OF HALO OR A HALO MARATHON
Hmmm.... A semi-racist madman trying to kill a gadget pimped out superhero by using 8 deadly warriors? Never heard that before (Mega Man)

Its Captain Kick. Falcon Punch, Captain Kick.
Johnny REVIEW SOUTH PARK THE STICK OF TRUTH!!!!!! after the crash bandicoot games
They don’t have to be big but playing cold cold heart made me want more
@@arunawaytaco that would've been great! :)
Yeah, speaking of The Last Of Us. Yeah... Review that!
Anyway John, Great Review! I think I will wait till the price drops for this game.
The last of us... I dont see why it gets so much praise
Cheers!
Also, a day late on the "christmas review" eh? :V
Something's wrong with your mouth.
SomecallmeJohnny I'M SENSITIVE ABOUT MY PACMAN MOUTH GOD
***** Oh, it's not that bad... :W
1. Arkham City
2. Arkham Origins
3. Arkham Asylum
Tom Benjamin I meant to put Arkham Asylum last lol.
1)Arkham Knight
2)Arkham City
3)Arkham Asylum
4)Arkham Origins
The Iron Fist Arkham Knight was that good? Can't wait to get.
Thanks

Month of Rare
so 2 good games and a shit ton of garbage and one dirty humor game then.
Starfox Adventures?
***** I think it's because it's so different from SF64... ironically Assault is criticized for being "too much" like SF64.
Merry Christmas. I look forward to more of your vids in the future :] thanks for supplying 2013 with your great vids.
When will you get around to reviewing Sonic & All-Stars Racing Transformed?
Or a 3d Mario game marathon
I'd still like to see a Mario marathon, whether its the 3d Mario titles, or the paper Mario series including Mario rpg.
Sonic is Batman
Baman is Sanic 🏃🏃🏃- - - 🔫
SwagnemeraldzMC Yea funny how that works. Now Sega and WB need to make a crossover game with Sonic in the Bat suit and Batman with speed of light. Roger Craig Smith voices bot the characters and add Flash in just for the fun of hearing Batman tell Flash hes to slow.

The ending MADE that video for me...classic batman nostalgia tunes :)

Maybe he'll get a PSTV.
Only reason for me to invest in a PSVita is to play PS4 games on it when I don't feel like to play games on my giant 60 inch LG flat screen TV in my salon lol
Just barely missed the mark for a Christmas release by mere hours. Oops! :S
A belated Merry Christmas to you too John, and have a fantastic New Years as well.
You as well, thanks.
Johnny plz review Halo !!!:)
Merry day after christmas jhon and thanks for makeing me laugh.
Good to see we're on the same page here.
It's been 2 years since this review was released. Oh the lack of time.
