Feeling so much love, warmth and nostalgia just from hearing the Squad Goals theme again. Turned it up to 11 and rapped along like it was the Fresh Prince rap. Thank you Access.
Speaking of getting games before the console, I bought Metal Gear Solid 4: Guns of the Patriots the week it came out in 2008. I finally got a PS3 two years later as a birthday present from my friends, who all chipped in to get it for me. Best friends ever.
Ah man I forgot about the FNG challenge in CoD4. I spent a considerable amount of time on that eventually getting 15 seconds. What you want to do is start with the MP5. When you go down the rope run to the right, do not stop at the bottem, line up the two targets and fire a single shot, run though the door and knife the other target, run down the stairs shoot, ready the flashback on the stairs, turn and hit the angled wall so it bounces left and you do not have to hide, shoot the targets, run to the next room shoot the targets, flashbang into the last room and run out the door, turn and shoot though the wall about halfway to the finish line (you can find a spot and shoot bullets there before the run so you know what to aim at) by the time you turn again you should have a decent time, its the accuracy bonus that you want to focus on. Clearing the first room with a single bullet helps a LOT
We need Playstation christmas stories of the week for Access Granted in december. Although, that would require a christmas jingle intro. I picture grumpy Rob in a santa suit #ChrisCring and Dave the electric guitar elf.
Access! There should be an extra one on onesie clip when Robs filling in - " New challenger!" as Rob removes a cardboard box and stands up, dual wielding controllers!
I predict the Friday Feature will be, the "7 Most Bitter-Sweet Gaming Moments". The scene in the middle of the game, where your character dies is definitely a bitter sweet moment, as your character dying is, bitter, but the fact that that had never happened in gaming (maybe but I'm not sure) is very sweet.
Hi Access Team. Been subscribed to you guys for 1 whole year now! Saw you all at EGX. Dave and Hollie walked right past me. But I got too starstruck to say hi. A week late, but my first PlayStation memory was going round to my Dads house to find he had purchased a PS1 bundle with; FF VII, Theme Park and the first Tomb Raider. That day changed my life and turned me into a gamer. I have a lot to thank my Dad for, who is sadly now longer with us. Becoming a gamer being one of the most important.
Gaming confession: One year I got Tomb Raider for my birthday. Can't remember whether it was 3 or 4, but I got stuck on the tutorial, and had absolutely no idea what to do next. Spent my whole birthday trying to work it out but I never did, and had to lie to my mum when she asked if I liked my present. Bonus confession: The same thing happened when my dad rented resident evil for me. Got stuck on the very first encounter and gave up after an hour of being repeatedly killed by the same gang of slow moving zombies...
Ashley Carvell lol I remember playing the old school tomb Raiders when I was little. MGS1 and tomb raider were my first games. I would just run around the mansion and try to mess with the butler.
gaming confession: one time when I was like 9 me and my friend were playing skylanders and it's the part where you have to take your skylander off the portal and then you find the person and me and my friend got stuck at that part and then when we figured it out we thought it was the coolest thing in the world.
Is Robs Friday Feature:- '8 games we're glad they re-mastered?' Also keep up the good work guys, I LOVE Access Granted! It makes my Tuesdays at work worthwhile, fits perfectly into my break. Such a relaxed, informative and funny show and really unique to PlayStation Access!
I am guessing that this Friday's feature may be "7 remastered games that you must replay". No matter what it is, I will enjoy it. Ty for all of your very entertaining videos. Game On.
Since I grew up playing video games, I have certain rules I follow regarding their playing. I don't tell them to just turn it off. I say, "finish this level" or "get to a checkpoint and then save and shut down" because I remember how frustrating that was to have to quit in the middle of a run. The other thing that I say when they start going into begging mode for a game is "Did you 100% (name of game here)?" That usually buys dad some time to either save up the money for the new game or wait for it to be discounted. Because, you know, dad's game purchases come first.
Confession. I used to make my cousin do the motorbike missions on crash 3 when I was trying to get all the gems. I still feel bad I never truly 100%ed the game.
Confession. I used to make my cousin do the motorbike missions on crash 3 when I was trying to get all the gems. I still feel bad I never truly 100%ed the game.
Being able to watch Rob stare into the camera seductively when Dave is talking is reason enough to have him added as a permanent part of Access Granted.
Gaming Confession: I am sorry, I have sinned. I...didnt like Journey very much (dont worry it gets more interesting). When I first got it for free on PS+ I was so excited because Pplaystation Access along with the rest of the world seemed to love it. My mother was with me as I began to play. She is not a very big fan of video games, well hates them really really much, so I thought to myself: "This is the perfect time to show my mother how video games can be beautiful, and that they are really an art form, not just shooting people up." My mother sat there and watched, and admitted the game looked visually interesting, but she was confused as to what you actually "do" in the game...so was I. After about an hour of walking and doing that twirly thing, she said the game was kinda dumb. I almost agreed, but I had to keep my dignity. I tried to explain how it was unique and amazing..."tried" being the keyword!
Not much of a confession but hey, last time I was in these videos (rocket league, first comment of the week) I was literally the happiest I have ever been in my life! Ill make it again someday! (because believe me, I gotta lot of other boring stories up my sleeve.)
Hey guys, love the show. In regards to watching a game to experience it, I believe I have experienced Outlast as it is truly intended. I've never played it, but it is best experienced with commentary and hijinks from Dave, Nath, and Rob. P.S. Would love to see another Let's Play series. So far they've all been great.
Gaming confession: whenever I play far cry primal, I get the bodies of the guys I've killend, and throw them of a cliff. It doesn't matter how far I have to walk to throw them of it, I just do it. Mainly because I just love the way those virtual bodies fall down xD
Gaming Confession: I remember getting to the police station in Resident Evil 2 before I had to go to kindergarten one day and telling one of my classmates about my accomplishment, he replied with "what's that?" It wasn't until about 18 years later I realized that kid had no idea what I was talking about and I was a very messed up 6 year old...
Gaming confession-I was stuck on the tank mission against the arkham knight where you have to destroy his tank by hitting all 4 sides. I left the game for over a year before I finished it.
Gaming confession: I once saw a picture of a guy that FaceTimed himself and then played games in the bath using a tablet as the screen. I tried to recreate this whilst on loo, but someone to walked into the living room where the game was playing. Needless to say I had to hang up the video call and then walk out like nothing happened.
I have a gaming confession. Me and my friend did a Crucible challenge on Destiny (year 1) and the loser had to dismantle their Last Word. My friend was so sad afterwards. And, with no Exotic kiosk in year 1, back to the grind.
Not 301 but I wanted to share this: I remember one time when my father got the brand new ps2 and my brother bought the original Ratchet and Clank later. imagine, my whole family (7 people) is sitting in front of a tiny Screen and everybody is shouting because my sister jumped down another Island and again and again and again... now we've played the Remake, it never changes...
#301club This is the first time I've ever gotten it and just wanted to say I love your guys (and gal) videos, thank you all for the entertainment every week.
Hey guys, great content as ever! Have you ever played 'Gang Beasts' for one on onesie? I've just recently been made aware of it and I can hear Nath's screaming already...
Rob raging during one on onesie reminded me of "that" kid who could never accept how rubbish he was at football so he just takes the ball and runs away...
When y'all do stuff where it's the same challenge but each get 3 or however many times, you should swap off. It would ramp up the tension and also would allow you two to be able to clear yourself so to speak. I used to do this same thing with friends and we would bet stuff and whenever we switched off it always made us reset so to speak. Plus Dave knew EXACTLY what to do down to being memorized so to speak. Had y'all swapped off it probably wouldn't have been so easy for him to beat you if he had at all.
man when i got my ps2 i had no games for it so my older cousin let me borrow two games while he was out at sea and they were Devil May Cry and Metal gear solid 2 but the funny part is i didnt have a ps2 memory card so even to this day i have the first 4 hours of both of those games burnt into my brain. those 2 games blew my mind up until then i had only really played jrpgs on the ps1 and jrpgs on the megadrive
not in 301 club but... I think the title for robs friday feature should be "7 games rob cant beat dave at ever" no offense rob your videos are my favorite
Next Friday Feature: 7 rage shooter games which turned Rob into a raging psycho. Seriously though Rob, you should play this game called Cat Mario. Full of lovely kittens to calm you down. Disclaimer: I do not deem myself responsible for any damage caused to persons and/or gaming equipment by playing said game. Which does include kittens, but is also the definition of gaming hell.
What is the washed out golf-scoreboard-esq background music that you guys use that sounds a lot like Pompeii by Bastille? Something you guys had made or is it just a version I've never come across before? BTW I do love Rob guest appearances on the sofa, its a lot more 'matey' when its you two together.
Gaming confession: I have never got to play any metal gear game because I was too little for 1 and 2 and I've always wanted to play them in the right order and I don't know how to do that now..
verrazano bridge checkpoint on European extreme is a *real pain* I'm doing a European extreme, game over when spotted run on my vita. it's super hard :[

#Not301club Rob's next Friday feature should be, "7 Tutorial Levels that really got your goat". For me that would include Area 51 where I could not hit a thing and the trainer actually said in-game, "God Cole, you really suck."
rob I also do bad under pressure, In fact if I did one on onsie I would lose so often the onsie would inbed its self on my skin. i believe in you, you will win so hard, Dave will rather play resi 7 than play a game with you. haha good luck next time
Feeling so much love, warmth and nostalgia just from hearing the Squad Goals theme again. Turned it up to 11 and rapped along like it was the Fresh Prince rap. Thank you Access.
3 in a row was a mistake and one after the other would have been more fun to watch
I tried to tell him this! -Dave
0 if 'one on onesie' is to be believed HA!
Speaking of getting games before the console, I bought Metal Gear Solid 4: Guns of the Patriots the week it came out in 2008. I finally got a PS3 two years later as a birthday present from my friends, who all chipped in to get it for me. Best friends ever.
I got Rock Band 3 before I had a PS3, but only by a few weeks. I admire your love of MGS.
About a month after you guys stopped making the squadgoals I finally platinumed Fallout 4. Nice timing guys.
Shrek demand you do veteran mile high club
that would be amazing!
Lord SHREK did you not see him flash banging himself. I think Rob might actually break a controller doing that
Took me about 30 minutes after beating the campaign on vet without much difficulty.... that would be like a 20 part series on here lol
Ah man I forgot about the FNG challenge in CoD4. I spent a considerable amount of time on that eventually getting 15 seconds.

AlmightyStarfire "no one cares" proceeded to talk about the subject as if he cared more about it then his own child
AlmightyStarfire I did this in 15.05 ohhh so close
The Squad Goals theme is love, the Squad Goals theme is life!!!
We need Playstation christmas stories of the week for Access Granted in december.
Although, that would require a christmas jingle intro. I picture grumpy Rob in a santa suit #ChrisCring and Dave the electric guitar elf.
Oh, and I'm guessing Rob is making "Top 7 PS4 Pro games"
Anytime Rob is on Access Granted, you should have clips with Rob in it(in all his rage XD) for the One-on-onsie intro.
Access! There should be an extra one on onesie clip when Robs filling in - " New challenger!" as Rob removes a cardboard box and stands up, dual wielding controllers!
7 Tutorials In Games That Are More Difficult Than The Rest Of The Game For Rob. :)
He still has to make this video. :')
I predict the Friday Feature will be, the "7 Most Bitter-Sweet Gaming Moments".
The scene in the middle of the game, where your character dies is definitely a bitter sweet moment, as your character dying is, bitter, but the fact that that had never happened in gaming (maybe but I'm not sure) is very sweet.

p.s I suffer from the same problem Rob has. Can boss games for fun, but when the pressure is on I crumble like a dunked biscuit.
Man Mondays really suck but after a long hard day at work I get to come home sit down with some ice cream and enjoy access granted thanx guys :)
Dig it when Rob is in this feature. Dave and Rob should feature more together in Access.

Ashley Carvell I spent more time in Lara's mansion when playing the old tomb raiders... just because.
so stoked that the squad goals theme was in this episode!!
*sees Rob*
*stays.*
Something about him is lovable, despite his murderous tendencies in games and sourness at times.
The only time i watch anything besides Rob's Friday features, is when Rob is featuring anything else. I like Rob.
make that a downloadable mp3 and mp4 as a vid
the squad goals
Champion-X - Squads goals put me in mind of Adam & Joe's Song Wars. 😊
gaming confession: one time when I was like 9 me and my friend were playing skylanders and it's the part where you have to take your skylander off the portal and then you find the person and me and my friend got stuck at that part and then when we figured it out we thought it was the coolest thing in the world.

Did you guys actually re-record the 301 club song to say "Theo Juan?" I swear you did, I hear it every time now.
Before watching any further than 0:08 i have to say i love to see Rob on Access.
In honour of Movember Robs Friday feature will be top 7 mustaches in games.
i still only watch this channel for rob.
The day when my older brother bought the ps2 slim i came out of school literally running to play it i was so excited.
Being able to watch Rob stare into the camera seductively when Dave is talking is reason enough to have him added as a permanent part of Access Granted.
I just remembered that mission on son of liberty. you had to locate the bombs hidden around the map.
good lord!!!! not that mission again.
Squad goals is the greatest theme.
"Flash-bang through the door!"
Squad Goals theme > Gaming Confessions theme
Rob, the squad goal song theme is funny, cool, and features you guys.

Indie game for that one guy: Fez, loved it!
I used to wake up early to play on my PS3 before my dad woke up and watched TV, nowadays I just stay up late in my room.

The new Sainsbury's Christmas advert is bloody terrible. I'm absolutely fuming.
sean murray I care Sean.
Lee Hare I quite like it
sean murray I care too.
I bet it is 7 remastered games that blew us away
Oh Squad Goals theme. I have missed you.

"7 games which made Rob wear onesie so far" :D
Hey guys, great content as ever! Have you ever played 'Gang Beasts' for one on onesie? I've just recently been made aware of it and I can hear Nath's screaming already...
I can't stop rewinding and watching the squad goal theme song!(I don't care about the rest of the video anymore)
Squad Goals.. i just like Delsin at the end
Rob raging during one on onesie reminded me of "that" kid who could never accept how rubbish he was at football so he just takes the ball and runs away...

Rob's video: 3 Times Call of Duty Didn't Let us Down...
not in the 301 club. however, I think that the title will be "7 times Rob has raged in a game"
Seriously Rob is genuinely hilarious LOL
rob *is* the God of War.
Rob, you should dress up as Kratos when you play the upcoming God of War
#301 You guys should have a onesie-wearing competition for one on onesie. Rob would still lose, and he'd have to wear the onesie.
7 Games That Rob Sucks At. :)
I bet he silently bore into this comment. XD
Rob, if it's any consolation: you wear the onesie best. Dignified couture on you.
#FridayFeature: Seven games that made you feel pretty cool in the campaign and then let you run into the multiplayer brick wall...
Dragon Age Inquisition.
First RPG that made me feel the difference between the 2.
not in 301 club but... I think the title for robs friday feature should be "7 games rob cant beat dave at ever" no offense rob your videos are my favorite

#301club Insert witty comment here that involves Daves beard, Nath's hair and Rob's scary stare. The king has arrived.
Looking smooth Rob .. Love the new hairdo
i guess that the Friday feature will be part 2 for some of the previous ones
Rob is relaxed in this video i think his voice is different in the ffs
what happened to the Lets Play series???

Bring back more lets plays!!
When i was 10 years old i wanted a ps2 and my dad got it so secretly i used to cry that where is it and my first game was true crime nyc
Christmas has come early : Squad goals
Rob you are the best, we have something in common, the beard xD
What is the washed out golf-scoreboard-esq background music that you guys use that sounds a lot like Pompeii by Bastille? Something you guys had made or is it just a version I've never come across before? BTW I do love Rob guest appearances on the sofa, its a lot more 'matey' when its you two together.
The top 7 Gaming characters voiced by actors from The Bill?
Gaming confession: I have never got to play any metal gear game because I was too little for 1 and 2 and I've always wanted to play them in the right order and I don't know how to do that now..
Squad Goals 10 hour loop. Make it happen.
if you're ever going to win rob then you have to believe it first
rob you look way better then anyone else in the onsie
Rob is only proving the "angry British man" stereotype even more in this video.
verrazano bridge checkpoint on European extreme is a *real pain* I'm doing a European extreme, game over when spotted run on my vita. it's super hard :[
Confession. I played army men on ps1 with my grandad but I gave him the controller with the faulty wire thanks to my hamster. So it kept cutting out at random time. He still hasn't forgave me to this day.

Top 7 games taken from graphical obscurity and made beautiful again.....
(TOP 7 REMASTERS)
301 club 3 weeks strong! cheers guys. what's up Rob?
Robs Friday feature title, "7 games that give 'bad touch.'"
#7 games Rob will never win a one on onesie challenge on.
Rob's back!
if you don't suck at it rob prove it to us by beating infinity wards best time
I always used the handgun for the FNG challenge and can get Vet pretty consistently. Never beat Gaz though
#Not301club Rob's next Friday feature should be, "7 Tutorial Levels that really got your goat". For me that would include Area 51 where I could not hit a thing and the trainer actually said in-game, "God Cole, you really suck."
rob I also do bad under pressure, In fact if I did one on onsie I would lose so often the onsie would inbed its self on my skin. i believe in you,
you will win so hard, Dave will rather play resi 7 than play a game with you. haha good luck next time
