you can choose to not reset ure phone but its really not recomended coz it wont be compatible

just google your phone's model and then write stock firmware ( like so: j320fn stock firmware) {its about 1gb) then do these steps but with the firmware that you downloaded rather than the twrp hope this solves your problem
