I turned the OEM-Unlocking on. But when I enter Download Mode it says that OEM ist still locked. Could you help please?
after the installation the phone boot normally then when i enter twrp for the second time and then select reboot to system the phone get stuck in bootloop

Open developer mode, turn on usb debugging and oem unlocking on.
Then turn off your phone and unlock your bootloader. After that try again.
