Hey so my phone keeps disconnecting when using Bugjaeger Mobile ADB-USB OTG app whilst the cable is still physically connected But it connects if turned on in the bootloader it just disconnects
Connect otg to another device which you will use as as computer and USB cable to the device on which you are going to install twrp. And make sure USB debugging is on. And change USB data cable and port if it doesn't connect. Does it show device connected on fastboot mode or not?
When you say to install TWRP without PC is supposed that charger port in phone is not recognize with PC or other phone. So your video is same non sense. We need a way how to install TWRP when charger port is not connected with PC or other phone

you can't install custom recovery on a locked bootloader, modified partitions while on lock bootloader state will cause your phone to bootloop or even brick it
