It was my first mortgage @ $30,000.....Quiz- Why is that little surf beach called "Toms"? Great vid BTW, cheers. 14:45- I had my swimming lessons there in the mid-1960's!

Love your vlogs..I have been to Cottesloe..it was lovely..ex pat Brits have a Christmas Day tv slot over here from the beach..I saw my dream home looking over City Beach when I visited my daughter in Glen Forrest...compared to London prices Aus is cheap😂😂..but much more attractive and nicer to live..🇬🇧 Ty for sharing ❤🎉

There's a few small units near Scarborough worth $500k each .. PLUS strata fees 🫠.
Unfortunately the strata fees are the killer.
