Are you satisfied that it has to go to 40mm? Is that standard for teleprompters

It doesn’t include it. Smallest is a 52mm.

I’ve used the original Parrot for a while. I it worked really well for me. I switched to a traditional teleprompter about 2 years ago that I use with my iPad Air. I am very happy with the performance. My issue is I forget to take the iPad out to charge. Thats on me. I was looking to get the Elgado Prompter with the dedicated screen. Kinda steep at 249. I gotta say Parrot really cut some corners on the materials of this design. The portability and extra focal length is nice but I’m not sure it’s enough to make me switch.

I’d say that you can skip this version. I think they’ll definitely make improvements to this design.
