What a beautiful and loving topic. As I listened to a portion of this, I blessed my CSF and gave it permission to flow freely the way God designed it to. Had NO idea CSF was created from amniotic fluid. Since water holds memory, it makes perfect sense that what we all experienced in the womb would remain with us today, and that we can heal old wounds by loving our CSF. Thank you for this interview!

I like Mauro's discussion of sensing specific organs or fluid flow in the body. You must remain light and positive during these focus sessions as they can be quite powerful and affect organ function, heartbeat rates, hypoxia sensing. We can calm ourselves and then we can "over-calm" ourselves which can harm the body as in stopping the heart. I think positive affirmations while doing this work may be useful. Also I think that a dialog with the body or perceived bodily components (relationship as mentioned) is beneficial.
p.s. This is a very important perspective being expressed, need much more views. This discussion also reminds me of the phrase "rivers of living light". It is possible that sages/seekers have written about this using non-technical words.

Thanks for your support William. I think you illuminate some great points here. The one that resonates with me most is how the language of sages discussed many of these things but likely used different words and metaphors. Therefore we struggle to see the connection between ancient and modern science. I sense this is changing

Youre on the money. I have personal experience with this and i can report that interacting with the craniosacral system is a method of unwinding and releasing what is stuck on deep levels of our being .Trauma is that stuckness. Its almost like trapped energy cycling endlessly until there is an interruption in that signal allowing for the brain to try and find balance and self regulation.

Humming may improve vagal tone, so the CSF can be toned, too. Such important recognition of releasing trauma
