Made this for the first time from Andy Ricker’s Pokpok cookbook. Too spicy for my wife and while I like pork belly, too much fat in my mouth is unappetizing. I used some other less fatty pork cuts. No toasted rice powder in his, and it had pickled garlic as well. Close enough!

What are the name of those chili's you used.? You really need to lower your music
