I know Reebok isn't viewed as popular as Nike, Adidas and even New Balance but I and others still appreciate the brand's catalog. These hybrids are great looking and QUALITY. Thanks for reviewing some of their releases because you can tell you remember and appreciate the catalog like us fellow 90's kids.

@@ronnieblea4422 hell yeah they were! Every kid either had Nike Airs, Cons React or Reebok Pumps.
Actually there was a time in the 90's that they were more popular than Nike then they just fell off. I was a more of a Jordan, Nike guy but when some of the guys i was playing ball with bringing out their Omni Zone Pumps, the ERS cross trainers, Kazes, Shaq''s they break necks!
Lately, I've only been wearing Reebok..Hopefully they don't get much more popular - I'll have to find something else to wear.
Loved that you covered this collab. I was on the fence on getting them, but this video convinced me. The materials, hybrid tooling and the collab is amazing. Thank you for covering sneakers like these.

Reebok is really killing it with their retros in terms of quality. Just wish their tech was up to snuff, it would really make their stuff stand above everything else. Thanks for making this one and including the other models, Reebok needs that love!
Love it when you review retro shoes in general. Although I prefer Jordan retros, seeing retros from my era (90s) gives me that nostalgia hit. Keep it up!

I hope this isn’t the end of WearTesters reviewing Reebok. I love watching Chris review the retros and giving his opinion, since he’s seen them originally release or at least remembers the era. I’m a big Reebok fan and hope they make a big return to basketball soon with better tech (which I think I saw, I believe I saw them put job listings for basketball designers and weartesters). Would love to see reviews from the WearTesters team if they do. Keep up the good work!

Honestly, I watch for the content... both of you are entertaining. Even if she's not on camera, we still see her influence. Reebok, Nike, Jordan, Adidas... doesn't matter🤷♂️ Watching you geek out about anything 90's is relatable, her reactions are actually relatable as well in my own relationships. Thanks to both of you, again, for another great review. Honestly has changed my opinion of the Answers.... Always looked narrow af, and I have really wide feet. 13 in Nike, or Reebok, but 14 in Jordan and Adidas

Man this color way is 🔥🔥🔥!!! I agree @Reebok needs to bring back original Hexalite! This shoe is a perfect blend of new with retro combined. I’m very glad you made this review and discussed the material details. Keep these Reebok reviews coming. Reebok is highlighting slept on these days.

Agree...OG hexalite over Air Max (comfort wise) all day!! Also OG DMX where you could feel the air move!!!
Especially ultra hexalite from the mid 90s. That was mad comfortable.

Modern midsole foams & some sorta cushioning other that the “new” Hexalite.
I’m in my 40’s now, but I loved the Pump series like the Blacktops, Omni Lites, Shaq Attaq 1’s etc etc
I still get Omni Lites if I can find my gigantic foot size (16) but haven’t seen an affordable Blacktops since their inception.
I miss the old Reebok 3 on 3, when Dee Brown & Danny Manning visited Australia.
On sale for $99! These are sick. They remind me of a white and green Pump I had as a kid. Nice to see Reebok using quality materials (sometimes). They really need to stop neutering their tech though. Use real Hexalight. Use REAL DMX (Spend the $). Use quality insoles (They used to have the best).
I watch nearly every video you put out. Ironically enough I do actually prefer the Reebok ones. I get an absolute sick military discount from Reebok and enjoy your previews of stuff I’m pretty sure I’m already buying. Being an 80s & 90s basketball fan I go for all those Iversons, Shaqs, kamikazes… so thanks for doing what you do.

I bought the Reebok Answer 1's last year (red and white pair and also the black and gold pair). I am disappointed that they are not as good as the originals were. I will still wear them but I owned the O.G's in 1997 and I know they aren't as good as the O.G's

Of all the recent Reebok retros and hybrids, these are probably one of my favorites. I loved the Pump Omni Zone ii and the Shaq Attack Superman colorway, but I can’t grab my size! I hope I find any one of these in my size so I can feel that nostalgia too. I do have a question Chris, when do you find the time to wear all of these beauties? I can’t find the time most days unfortunately my job requires dress shoes. I try to throw my pairs on even just to run a quick errand sometimes. Great video as always guys!
I cycle through a handful of shoes for daily use and that’s about it. I’ll wear a pair not usually in rotation every once in a while, but I’ve found that I’m more comfortable wearing the same shoes daily - 1s, Air Ship, 3s, 4s and recent AM1 are all I really wear as of late. Luckily I work for myself so I don’t have a dress code 😅

@@elduderino4579 They're so bulky lol. The only ones I like wearing are the OG silver tongue Fire Reds. My netting is almost yellowed so once they are I'll bust them back out.

Just grabbed these and the Anuel Pump Omni 2 Collab and the Mich St Reebok Questions. Can't wait to have them in hand. Reebok been putting out some decent stuff lately imo. Its a nice change up from the Jordans and Nikes.
I dig the creativity, but I couldn’t wear this one. If they did a low version I’d give it a go. This is the only channel I’d ever watch the review of this shoe on, it’s the only one that does this stuff right.
More people gotta show some love for Reebok! I wish they would get back in the sneaker game again outside of the retro models.

After seeing these cheap paper insoles I just wonder if those shoes are an adidas leftovers or already newly designed product after acquisition? I'm not gonna lie, when ABG bought Reebok I hoped they've gonna reintroduce things like real crash pad insoles, og Pump not only on tongue, og DMX and maybe even og Hexalite but for now it's same stuff like in adidas days. Maybe the answer is that Reebok are still in transition period?
I think that's spot on and they'll pick it up on the performance side of things soon. If they could get some celebrity colabs and use a retro in the vault, price high. Then they'll have the molds to make in other colorways

I did purchase a Michael Chang Reebok Pump from Amazon but I can't confirm if they are real. The Pumps don't work at all. Because of the nostalgia factor I kept the shoe anyway and wear it on casual Friday at work. I get a lot of compliments from coworkers my age lol. (born in 79).
Thank you for showing the blasts, I love the design and bought em straight in the first minutes of release. I assume they are still sitting in all sizes, but this crazy design gets me. Love em! ❤ No hype but who cares!? 😂

Sidenote, got those azure/black shaq attaq's and they ate my pinky. Even tho I bought them in the same size as all my other Reeboks. They are gorgeous. But squeeky. Thats all. I still love them, ofc. But they will be the death of my pinky...

I had the Reebok Omni Zone Pump back then in 1990 when my dad bought it for me at a sports store it had the Hexalite cushioning. But the sales guy fitted me with exact fit so later on I outgrew it. It was my first every Reebok pump shoes which was hot then I picked it over the Air Max.

Shawn Kemp's first Reebok was one of my favorite basketball shoe from the 90s..... When will they bring back the "Above the Rim" appereal line????? That's what i want to see come back from Reebok.....
I wish they would bring back the "above the rim" line, but if they did it would be without the branding. Reebok lost the rights to it in about 2009.
I don't know if you got the last dee time retro, but it just had the Reebok pump basketball branding on the tongue.

@@TheRetroManRandySavage, yes, Reebok lost the rights to Above The Rim, but they are owned by Authentic Brands Group, which now owns Reebok. So that means they are back together. The logo is slightly redesigned, but in a good way and I think we will see the line back very soon. Within or outside Reebok range.
these old school silhouettes are dope, I would play in these if they brought back the old hexalite or updated it. But I think they lost that tech after being bought from adidas.

Love my Jordans and Nike but I love Reebok just as much, esp Kamikaze II and several other 90s Reebok, especially their Morbius collection.
My only wish is that they bring back real Hexalite and real DMX tech. With that being said, I have a pair of the Blast on the way. Couldn't resist lol

Amazing shoe. In my opinion Reebok should be the prime brand in basketball. These really looks like basketball shoes!! Everybody now wants those Soccer-basketball shoes that Kobe introduce first. We love Kobe, I like soccer and I love old School high top basketball shoes!! That's why I love basketball, because of the old School dope shoes. 😅 Miss you Reebok, I miss you so much! Nice vid! I bought a white pair of Question Pump and also a black pair. The Pump and release valve didn't work properly on the white ones so I sent them back. I was really disappointed as they just weren't as good as the Pumps I had in the 1990s. Reebok needs to up its game with the Pump and bladder systems. I'd love it if they released an Old Skool Blacktop Hexalite Pump - Black, Green and White!
I own more Nike/Jordan retros than any other brand, but Reebok is in second place, so I always watch your Reebok videos. I’m a little sad you didn’t get the UCLA “Hurrikaze” 2(I hate that name change). I might have to grab these, though. And those Kentucky Omni Zones.

My mate had a pair back in 1989 and I had pair of reeboks in the 1990.
They were so cool back then and felt great when I walked even fixed my pigeon toe on my left foot.

The Answer was the absolute worst. I wore them in college. They were heavy and you would roll your ankle in the worst way 😂. This green toe questions were for Michigan State.
Grabbed the black pair today for $80 at footlocker today. All questions and pumps on sale and quality is on fire. Way better than any nike or jordan I've bought in last year. The question asg is being very slept on right now. I sold off all my victory pumps and instapumps for a small fortune and regret it now. I'm buying up the reebok stuff and not buying jordans unless it's a must. Fear 4s are only ones I actually am excited for this year. Have the og so if this year's are terrible I'll start wearing the dogs and ice the new release.

Michigan St. wore the green toe Reeboks, when they were a Reebok school. Mateen Cleaves, Mo Pete, and the Flintstones team that beat Teddy Dupay and the Florida gators. I think Mateen was injured that game and still did work. If I’m not mistaken, it was one of the first PE models Reebok released of the Question.

I'm so glad you guys decided to do a show on the new Reebok shoes. They have produced what I believe are several of the best Retros this years. The materials may not be the best from all of the companies but they are the ones that we wanted

After one of your last video about Reebok I stumbled on some pumps in Footlocker in Paris. I tried to pump ‘em. Nothing. Felt way different than they used to. Not tempted at all.

I own a pair of Kamikaze 2 lows (thanks Lil bro) and the dual hexalite is actually pretty comfy IMO.
So half of me love them and think they're super dope because of the colours and the way they have put the 2 styles together perfectly and the other half of me is in pain because I love the traditional OG styles that remind me of my childhood in the 90s and find these totally sacrilege. Help me!
