Not sure about the chenille fabric, never tried dying it. I would love to know the results it’ll you try it. I never set my fabric with anything I just dye it and ring it out and hang dry it. Hope this helps. Thanks for watching.
Water does not have to be hot or warm, I have mixed it with just cool tap water and it may take a bit longer to dissolve, but works just as well. Hope this helps.
I have never tried to set the fabric with anything. I dye my fabric and use it in junk Journals. I’m don’t wash it. I am not sure how to set it. I know when I tie dye fabric I soak it in soda ash for 20 mins that helps keep the color longer when you wash it. Not sure if it will work the same with coffee. Thanks for watching.
@@snowstormcrafts8558 ok thank u...I just make prim crafts but I coffee stained a white and black table runner so that it was black and coffee stain instead of white and some how I must have gotten a drop of water on it...I can fix it by the staining it just didnt want it to happen again if there was a way.☹️

While hot water may shrink fabric, more often it happens when the wet fabric is placed in the dryer.
Thank you so much 😊 I will keep that in mind.
Really nice job
Thank you 😊

Would this coffee stain method work on white chenille fabric to make it look a gingerbread color? How would I set the color also?

Does the coffee have to be hot, or can it be warm? O don't want the garment to shrink

Everyone complains about how hard it is to remove ketchup stains. Can you try to dye with ketchup and let us see the results please?
I think I will keep with coffee smell, Ketchup doesn’t sound to pleasing. 🤗 Thanks for watching.
I think that's a great idea 💡 😊
How long does the color last? Does it bleed when washing?
I am not sure I don’t wash them . I love to keep the grunge and use it in my junk journals.
I coffee stain a lot but how do you get it to set and not wash out?
