The with new update to demonic ashes, fiendish ashes(15 prayer) and Vile ashes(25 prayer) have been made F2p recently. They are a good way for a Hardcore ironman to train prayer without risking going to the wilderness boneyard, you can train magic/range on lesser demons. sadly magic is mostly trained via smithing for f2p iron man, and ogress are a meta way to train to 99 range, you can get some early exp to prayer from killing imps to get the beads to complete the imp catcher quest, other than that i would not say these ashes are game changing like ogress/body golem for F2p but the decent i guess.
Should've mentioned the Rune Sword from the rune store at the champions guild. Since the rune scimitar takes 85 mining and 90 smithing and you can't buy it as an Ironman, you can get a Rune Sword which has a comparable DPS (Yes the Baronite Mace is better, but it also takes some grinding)
Helpful tips and helpful channel in general! I started an ironman acc in like 2019 and took a break and just came back to it, I've been working on doing all the quests the last couple of days (only got 5 left to do now) and raising my skills to a decent level in case I decide to redeem a bond, and I came across your channel last night and it's been really helpful! Thanks for all the helpful videos friend :)
Glad to hear you like the video and that they are proving useful! Yeah, whether or not you stay free to play or bond it up, you can't go wrong either way! :D
chronicle by far is my favourite f2p item. teleports in 1 slot. the kebabs. yeah i forgot they are extremely cheap but so random. i used them during my old member days in the karamja agility dungeon.
I only recently made a f2p account to mess around on when I'm afking my main uim so I'm still pretty new to f2p methods but I would have thought Bryophyta's staff would be considered god tier in f2p because of how valuable nature runes would be
Body golems are 1.76:1 ehp compared to ogresses to 200m combat, at the loss of 1b in alchs and runes. So it's great if your main goal is RC, but between the pray xp loss and the runes especially, it's certainly not actually worth killing them. But that also depends on what you plan to do, if you don't care for super heat iron for example, you don't need all those nature runes.
You're right, body cores aren't super noteworthy, they are good rc xp if you plan on shifting all your resources to RC specifically. It is dependent on what you want for drops. That's why I only listed them as an Honorable Mention.
i get about 6 tickets an hour, the entire gold set looks so far off at 2300 tickets or something around there sadly. Also thankfully law runes dont need to be used for nature rune telegrabbing anymore (i think) since the staff of byro from the moss giant key gives you unlimited nats. now they can be used for teleporting during the smithing grind i guess. I think the reindeer hat also makes snowballs, which is another option for uim maybe since they can wear it instead of it taking a inv space up. I think things like power amulet vs amulet of accuracy is more of a completionist thing, as putting them both into a DPS calculator makes a .005 (half of 1%) chance in accuracy, so they're basically exactly the same.
Yeah gold set at CW I imagine is painful. Bryophyta's staff has a 1/15 chance not to use a nature rune, the staff doesn't unfortunately give unlimited nature runes. The reindeer hat is able to generate snowballs, and yes great for UIM like you said.
Wish I saw this before I started my ironman, so many things I forgot or glossed over playing my main, really take things for granted when you have the grand exchange
not sure how must have a rune scimitar for an f2p ironman is. since you already spent so much time in the game obtaining it, it should've outlived its advantage and is just "nice to have", no?
If you are grinding out large scale accomplishments, like maxing a F2P account, it is definitely an important item to have as it's the BIS weapon for F2Pers.. If you aren't planning on maxing/ going P2P at some point, then the rune scim isn't a necessity, no.
What about mind golems instead of body? It's easier to get, easier to get started since you need less combat and probably can stay there till max to get a lot of RC exp. And you don't need law runes since bank to mind altar is near
Mind Cores are great as well. You actually will get more Rcxp by maxing melees on them than the body golems. But you'll have to kill many more of them to max the melees so there is a trade off there.
@@spanky4244 that is true, however the most efficient way to get them is to bring an alt account into the castle wars game and splash on the alt with your main account. This is ticket boosting the game, you’re able to get 9 tickets every 66 minutes this way. This is how I and other F2P runescapers managed to snag them! :)
Alchovy Pizza is the MvP)) can easy kill Obur with them. Nah for me, the top1 Imte in f2p is the Amulet of Power. Hands Down, giving the best DPS. If I knew it better. I would straight rush towards it, ignoring everything else. No questing, no lvling, only farming towards the Amulet of Power. It saves so much time from lvl 1-99 lvling. every lvl you do without is wasted time.
Amulet of accuracy and power are very close. It's better to progress other things before power, but definitely worth getting power before base 50s combat stats.
they really need to remove tick manipulation. Yes, it's a nice trick. but in reality, it's more annoying and not easy on the hands. I would rather not get carple tunnel syndrome
I feel you should be rewarded for focusing while others casually skill, considering you're increasing your APM and the extra exp isn't game breaking. It's slightly better and imo justified for the extra effort.

Amulet of Power! :)
Crandor Map for bankscape
Rune Axe
Law Runes! Especially once you get enough to stop worrying about wasting them

Not a bad item to include. It definitely gives some alternatives to training prayer up. Good one!
