That is one reason I've never explicitly said how much I make and don't keep all my money in a bank account. I had the state of NC start coming after me for child support on a child that was impossible for me to have fathered with my ex wife, simply because at the time we were legally married. Didn't matter to them that I lived out of state, had been separated from her for a year and had filed for divorce at 6 months separated. I told them to suck wind and find the real father. Turns out my ex did only one thing right in her life and told them who the real father was and to leave me alone.

@@winning3329 I've personally been part of a case where a college professor who was supposed to receive payments from his wife to help with their children, had not received a payment once in 2 years. When taken to court the judge basically told the wife you should pay your payments and dismissed the case, when the professor protested the judge told him and I quote "Do you really want the mother of your children in jail for not paying?". So while yes there might be cases where the woman ends up in jail, the family court system in the USA is in favor of women.
She had custody for one month. I was the single dad for the rest of their 18 years. I never received a dime and they came after me for 7,000 dollars. See how one sided these people are.

He ended up fathering another child with another woman, she enforced her rights after they separated, and they were never married. She had already had 5 kids with 4 men, guess he didn't see the warning signs and he believed her when she told him she couldn't get pregnant, (never should a man believe that without evidence). So again, do not put me in the category of those who manipulate to get money by having children. I had one child, worked 2 jobs and sacrificed so my daughter's needs were met without his support. I never was on assistance other than reduced lunches for my daughter. My daughter is grown now and doing fine now by the way. Don't move to France or Germany: It's against the law for the father to even request DNA testing in France. It is also against the law in Germany, for a accused father to get DNA tested on his own just to verify if he is the biological father. .

A man losing a good paying job, from whence support/alimony payments are based, means nothing to courts. It can take a year to have amounts reduced, but he still owes every penny of a percentage of an income he NEVER received. If pressed by the ex, the Judge can then send him to jail. No Miranda rights, no attorney, no bail, no appeal. Terrorists are treated better. In fact, his Constitutional rights are literally stripped. So I don't want to hear a God damned thing about how "oppressed" women are.

Thanks I paid my child support for 4 years, got laid off and could barely pay my mortgage for about 4 months and had to come up with the money missed or I was going to jail no matter what. I finally got custody of my son because my ex turned out to be a junkie and she got ghost as soon as I got total custody. They were even going to give him back to her if she just took some bullshit classes even tho I never done anything wrong. It's like I was only second choice to her no matter how fucked up she was. Thankfully she was too fucked up to do the classes or even pass their drug tests. Smh

It cost me ten years of my life to get back to where i was before. I have remained single ever since, no co-habitation. I still get laid every once and awhile if i feel like putting in the work, but never does it go past the just dating stage. I take what i want and leave. Traditional marriage only works with traditional women, and how many of those are out in the western world. Not very many, unicorns.

I've raised my daughter her whole life and I got a child support bill one time cause my ex was collecting assistance for my daughter while I was raising her. I ended going to court and getting the debt put in her name fortunately. You have to watch out for these scandalous females.
You always have the option to take your ex to court and change parenting time or child support. You don't need a lawyer if you do the research on how to petition the court by yourself. It's time consuming, and can be complicated, but it's doable. I wish you luck my friend.

It wasn’t even contested who are the biological dads though. The court just decided ex husband is a better provider than biological dad. How this is even legal is insane. In the second case it seems that cheater wife decided to stay with her husband, so that biological dad isn’t in the best interest of the child.

That is one reason I've never explicitly said how much I make and don't keep all my money in a bank account. I had the state of NC start coming after me for child support on a child that was impossible for me to have fathered with my ex wife, simply because at the time we were legally married. Didn't matter to them that I lived out of state, had been separated from her for a year and had filed for divorce at 6 months separated. I told them to suck wind and find the real father. Turns out my ex did only one thing right in her life and told them who the real father was and to leave me alone.

@@winning3329 I've personally been part of a case where a college professor who was supposed to receive payments from his wife to help with their children, had not received a payment once in 2 years. When taken to court the judge basically told the wife you should pay your payments and dismissed the case, when the professor protested the judge told him and I quote "Do you really want the mother of your children in jail for not paying?".
So while yes there might be cases where the woman ends up in jail, the family court system in the USA is in favor of women.

He ended up fathering another child with another woman, she enforced her rights after they separated, and they were never married. She had already had 5 kids with 4 men, guess he didn't see the warning signs and he believed her when she told him she couldn't get pregnant, (never should a man believe that without evidence).
So again, do not put me in the category of those who manipulate to get money by having children. I had one child, worked 2 jobs and sacrificed so my daughter's needs were met without his support. I never was on assistance other than reduced lunches for my daughter. My daughter is grown now and doing fine now by the way.

A man losing a good paying job, from whence support/alimony payments are based, means nothing to courts. It can take a year to have amounts reduced, but he still owes every penny of a percentage of an income he NEVER received. If pressed by the ex, the Judge can then send him to jail. No Miranda rights, no attorney, no bail, no appeal. Terrorists are treated better. In fact, his Constitutional rights are literally stripped. So I don't want to hear a God damned thing about how "oppressed" women are.

The Mother is not always the best custodial parent! Judges need to be more fair and impartial when it comes to child custody and child support and start looking at the Father side of things more!

Thanks I paid my child support for 4 years, got laid off and could barely pay my mortgage for about 4 months and had to come up with the money missed or I was going to jail no matter what. I finally got custody of my son because my ex turned out to be a junkie and she got ghost as soon as I got total custody. They were even going to give him back to her if she just took some bullshit classes even tho I never done anything wrong. It's like I was only second choice to her no matter how fucked up she was. Thankfully she was too fucked up to do the classes or even pass their drug tests. Smh

It cost me ten years of my life to get back to where i was before. I have remained single ever since, no co-habitation. I still get laid every once and awhile if i feel like putting in the work, but never does it go past the just dating stage. I take what i want and leave. Traditional marriage only works with traditional women, and how many of those are out in the western world. Not very many, unicorns.

I had a child with a man i didn't marry, and i never ever went to the court to collect money from him nor did we have any custody battle.
Our child lived with me and he saw him anytime he wanted.
He helped me when he could, and bought things for our son.

I've raised my daughter her whole life and I got a child support bill one time cause my ex was collecting assistance for my daughter while I was raising her. I ended going to court and getting the debt put in her name fortunately. You have to watch out for these scandalous females.

You always have the option to take your ex to court and change parenting time or child support. You don't need a lawyer if you do the research on how to petition the court by yourself. It's time consuming, and can be complicated, but it's doable. I wish you luck my friend.

I raised my child mostly by myself as I paid for and still am paying for everything, and guiding her academically and psychologically, etc. Her mother only collects (steals) my money and doesn't do anything else. In the second case it seems that cheater wife decided to stay with her husband, so that biological dad isn’t in the best interest of the child.
