How did you get the barrel to show that damage/health?
It's a GZDoom mod. Target Spy by m8fIf there were monsters it would show them too

What soundfont do you use for the music?
It's an SC-55 soundfont. Couldn't tell you which exact one, but the top Google result is probably it.
