Locks down one enemy(removes them for the purpose of defense waves and similar progress locks) and projects a big circular armor strip field. Xaku’s 2’s damage scales with enemy level and generally kills common enemies in 1-3 hits, but armor inflates the hits needed to absurdity. Thus you want some kind of armor strip to keep his 2’s TTK as low as possible. I keep gaze for campy gamemodes like Netracells but run tharros strike over his 1 and use that for running through missions. and speaking of netracells, with severed wardens(or ancient healers) in play, or when trying to gaze an eximus, you should hit your ideal gaze target with Accuse first so overguard cant be applied to them and end gaze early. Also accuse eximus before gazing them so their passives dont cause issues.
I have fun combining my abilities to shield gate. Especially with brief respite, Condemn subsume, and catalyzing shields. It stupid easy survival and it’s like I do it without thinking cause constantly using abilities. How do u hate it bru

Your xaku is okay im not here to hate but i do wanna suggest the sly vulpa over worm and you really dont need that much power strength unless you absolutely need to be able to full strip right off the bat. In my opinion its a huge waste of both mod slots and archon shard slots. For me i prefer the absolute bare minimum strength using a R4 overextended and a R9 blind rage to get 140 with molt augmented to get the remaining 60%. You can use the extra space for whatever you think you need i prefer extra duration to be extra lazy but in my eyes they're just flex slots
@@GamingWeasel don't get me wrong your xaku checks all the marks xaku has 3 main issues to overcome on any build. Full strip, energy sustain and survivability and your xaku covers all 3 👍 I didn't really mean my comment as a criticism more just my opinion on xaku

Well i have to be honest haven't taken this to level cap but on long runs he is amazing cause of the scaling damage

I love Xaku, but I really hate shield gating. I think its a stupidly lazy mechanic that has no place in the game.

Irony is that shield gating is gameplay wise least lazy way to survive. It requires really active gameplay.
