I like how all the proud parents are standing there watching it go.

@@coasternamegenerator5611 The construction workers are the parents.
They should be! This is awesomely done by them
I love this comment so much
It was a quick pregnancy......
Im in line for Pantheon at the moment and because of the swing launch, the people in front of me just said “How does it not just crash”
*i was so tempted to give a speech about block zones*

This is the most B&M Coaster I've ever seen
If it's moving that quick with an empty train on a chilly March day, I can't wait to see how fast she is when she's loaded in the summer. This thing is going to HAUL.
Keep in mind during this pov it didnt stop at the top so it had a bit of extra momentum going into the layout
will be slower becuase heat makes the track expand, causing more friction
@@evo2344 Heat warms up the grease used for lubrication, allowing bearings to move more freely. Coasters are always faster once they warm up.
@@evo2344it doesn't expand enough to overcome the benefits of the also heated grease. You can absolutely tell the difference between a cold sluggish ride vs a hot day.
@evo2344 not 100% true. Coasters move faster with heat and that's a brand new train so it will be running even slower
That Inclined Loop will probably be the most intense moment on here
a smart add imo, without it there would be nothing about this to draw me in, but having that loop peaks my interest enough for a visit.
I worked Mantis at CP, that's where we had the most people black out on that inclined loop. Folks would come back into the station and when the harness/seats released, they woke up.
@frughjr it wasn't the force...it was from banging your head on the restraint. Lmao
it looks nuts. while i know the pacing probably won’t be the same with the hold break, i don’t think it will be much different from this
I wish valraven had this element
Huh I thought it was gonna have a hold-up before the drop. Maybe they're running it in Manual for the first cycles
I was confused, as well. No holding brake?
It’s still in early test stages so they aren’t running it with the holding break. Upon official opening it should have the holding break on. (From what I understand)
@@UwePieper well it looks like they have techs at each panel almost as if they're running it in Manual and just jogging each section, maybe bypassing the holding brake. I bet when they run it in Auto it'll make use of it
@@FlightDeckRyan Makes sense as a holding break reduces the speed and creates a bigger risk of a stall. Weird to release an official POV at that point then.
One the holding brake works, the ride will be a little bit slower too.
the view on the skyline looks absolutely stunning
Awesome to see B&M market a dive to a small market park. Im sure we’ll see more of these pop up in coming years.
Thanks for the share Ryan! Glad the ride is getting the attention it deserves!
Loved filming this POV for yall! 🎉
Needs a little airtime yeet hill at the end lol. Looks perfect for this park, I'm excited to try it out
That incline loop looks amazing.
At first I thought this ride looked too short, but there’s absolutely NO dead space, just one element right after the other!
It's hauling
Yea but they didn’t do the hold break at the lift
How nice. A family dive coaster.
This is probably gonna be one of the most intense dive coasters lol
I wouldn’t call this a family dive. There is no mid course brake run to slow speed and it seems to haul through the entire layout. I would say it’s probably going to be one of the most intense dives.
solid layout. love me a good inclined loop.
The transition from the inclined loop to the corkscrew was one of the smoothest things Ive ever seen
Cool design!
Dorney Park was in the movie Where Angels Go, Trouble Follows in 1968. It gives you a glimpse of how much the park has changed over the years. The movie made it seem that the trip from Ambler, PA to Allentown, PA took a couple of days instead of hours.😅😂😂
This looks amazing! Think I need a trip out to PA. Definitely want to ride this.
so excited!
The transition from the pull out of the inclined loop into the corkscrew is art 1:02
Looks fantastic. Will be a great addition to Dorney!
Wow i feel old when they said the its the first new coaster in so many yra 😮
I'm excited to ride this soon
inclined loop is probably my favorite part of the ride
Good fit for Dorneypark
Awesome , but is there no holding brake like on a typical dive coaster.
It looks like it has the same rattle on the first inversion as dr. Diabolical
No holding break on that drop would be absolutely wicked
Looks like a good ride! And somehow it just seems to fit the character of this park. Now just to add a little landscaping...
I thinks its a fun quick repeater. If it had a helix or Airtime crossover figure 8 to the brakes... maannnn.
but wait...no holding break?!? can't wait to ride!
WAY TOO SHORT.
As much as I love Emperor over at SWSD, this one might be the top coaster at Dorney... I like this rush of shorter Dive Machines!
How is this coaster alrady built?
Nice Pov!
Thank you!
@@acceleratedcreative You're welcome!

Yayayayayay w dorney
One train or two trains?
Wait that’s it that’s like a kiddie ride
Yooooooo this is fire 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🗿🗿🗿🗿
Is that a wicked twister??
its like baron 1898 but the layout is bigger and better
Honest question: Why does every single Dive Coaster have the exact same half-loop 1st element?
Looks smooth as glass. Does anyone know if they filled the supports etc. with sound dampening material like Talon?
It might not ride that smooth. Newer b&ms tend to have a rattle now, this will probably be the same
Candymonium had a bad rattle opening year... Then it got smoother over time.
I’m pretty sure that since B&M manufactures their track in Ohio they have a rattle now that slowly goes away as the ride gets older and more rides, so I think it’s got a rattle now but that should be gone in a couple years. Also, I don’t know about the supports but pretty much every new B&M has its track filled with sand to dampen the noise
@@GoudLoodje Yep, any B&M after 1990 would have been built by Clermont Steel Fabricators in Ohio. I didn't realize they put sand in all the newer ones though. It must be easier to have it from the start then put it later if local noise ordinances are changed.
A full minute and 13 seconds. Makes Menace the second fastest coaster at Dorney behind Possessed.
Compared to other Immelmann’s on other dive coasters this one looks more drawn out
It didn’t even hold over the end lol
Interesting that they decided to upload a POV without the holding break on. Looks like it hauls without it though
Maybe theyre running it without the holding brake for now? Thats one of the staples of these coasters. I'll be kind of disappointed if it doesn't use one at all.
Cmon B&M, give us at least one airtime hill 😢 on a Dive machine
Yukon Striker has a tiny one after the MCBR and second drop. It’s interesting that dive coasters share a ton of common elements beyond the initial drop. I guess B&M really wants it to be completely different product from a hyper as there is no engineering reason the layout can’t mirror other coaster types after the drop.
Cliffhanger, Krake and Griffon have one, and apparently also Yukon Striker I’m reading.
This ride would be so much better if they put a little airtime juste before the brake, maybe reshape the last turn to add a little hop ?? Cool ride nonetheless but lack one negative G moment(other than the drop obviously)
@@kaki476 honestly I don’t think the GP really gives a shit which obviously remains the park’s main focus. Obviously we enthusiasts can be picky but we’re like 1% of the park’s guests. Just be happy they built a coaster at all, and enjoy the ride instead of crying because there’s no huge camelback
TDG FULLSUPPORT BIG FAX
Aye can’t wait to be one of the first to try it 🎉
I think I passed by this park
Oh we just got a full on dumpster dive in the POV, that's kinda cool to see
This seems really short, even by dive coaster standards. Compare this to Dr. Diabolical at Fiesta, which is another of the 150ft dives, and you’ll see what I mean.
Dr. Diabolical has a mid course brake run.
@@AFCompany and more than 4 elements.
@@johnulmer1622 what are you talking about. It only has 2 inversions and a bunch of banked turns. I will take the tilted loop and corkscrew over a banked turn.
@AFCompany two vertical (or beyond) drops, instead of one. Plus a camel back. It's a longer coaster. I see 4 elements and then a brake run on this one. This thing is short, even for a dive coaster. Looks fun, and I'll be riding it in Jun. Just an observation on the video. I won't know if it's as good as Diabolical until then.
It’s got nothing on Dennis!!
Thoosies panicking about the lack of the holding brake when it ain’t even done yet:
Oh wow that was amazingly short...
Could be shorter try oblivion 😂
I mean it’s a dive coaster so not really a surprise there
This is 2012’s Swarm copy and pasted on a 2024
Dive Machine. Lack of innovation and market saturation is why B&M is venturing into the family market a La Penguin Trek and baby Montu.
swarm is NOT this layout
This really looks fun but it needs to be at least a thousand more feet long. They put these little toy models in these parks. If this were in Europe or China, and the ride was his short, it would be heavily heavily themed like nemesis. But over here, they give you a short coaster and no theming. It's more like a carnival.
Grow up
Womp womp
The duration doesnt matter as its gonna eat up the queue. 1994 nemesis was barely themed anyway.
@@wickedsickfunkyfreshroller2037 why do I need to grow up when I already am? What is that supposed to mean? You know good well you would have enjoyed this more if it were a thousand feet longer.
@@cleopatrajones2024 Thoosies crying about theming pisses me off so much. Theming doesn't enhance a ride at all, it just covers up crap roller coasters. Also, this is a 20+ million dollar investment for a small regional park. It doesn't have to be 5000 feet long. Just be happy they're building anything at all.
To short!
Cool, but no theming?
Thats what they’re finishing up now. All the steel mill theming and shops around the area.
And the que
If I hear one more loser cry about theming on a ride
Where's the hold at the top? Without it, it's not a dive coaster.
Itd be a better dive coaster. The holding brake does nothing but decrease the quality of the ride experience.
@@AMCustomCoasters Didn't think of it like that. Good point
You’d think for an official POV that they’d have the holding break working for marketing purposes. Quite possibly the coolest most marketable part of the ride is left out of your advertising and now it’s going to take some effort to go back and make sure people know it actually exists. I know we all know here but I’m sure this may be confusing or deceiving to the general public to how the ride will actually operate. Also can we normalize for safety purposes not having people stand on catwalks during POV’s? It gives me the ick.
I really don't like the push for more dive coasters. They're only good for clickbait Tiktok videos and people who don't travel to other parks, just looking at this POV, It'll be a one and done for me
This wasn't scary or menacing at all.. just a big space of circles
No holding brake at the top? It's like a one trick pony without a trick.
It’s not even open yet…
They’re testing it without a holding brake right now. When it opens it’ll have one
Silly name
I Yawn Menace 🥱
All B&Ms are the same
Cool story ma'am
Nice its almost like someone asked for your opinion
Your opinion is wrong
thats just not true. Fury 325 and Nemesis are NOT the same💀
I mostly agree, I love early inverts but the rest of them seem the same to me as well. I counted 5 wooshes on this one.
27 seconds from 1st drop until entering break run :(
Sucks. Really sucks. I got to allentown all the time and this park just sucks. Im not even going to stand in a 10m line for that crap. They should of just bought a clone of pipepline. This park is a good park for local kids and teens otherwise its not worth the money
I know I am not going to win this battle but I don't like how the Roller Coaster community acts like 1:00 is an inversion. It's not. Stop counting this element as an inversion. There's something similar on Velocicoaster too and they count it was an inversion. Stop it. Get some help.
Its an inversion if it goes 130 degrees....... So its an inversion its literally fact lol
Doesn't need to go 180° to be an inversion 🤷♂️
There's a line between over banked turn and inversion, which is regarded as between 130-145, either way, it reaches that.
It's called an inclined loop for a reason 🤷♂️
Drop to break run is 35 seconds, bad ride
cheese
Yall fucking serious? This much hype over 3 elements and a brake run? This has to be a joke.
4 elements and it looks like one of if the not the best paced dive coaster out there. It is hauling and has no mid course brake run. That inclined loop also looks pretty intense. The length of the ride does not determine its intensity.
But yet you probably like intamin accelerators.....
Really not much of a ride. Not much to it. But looks decent.
But yet you probably think intamin accelerators are good coasters......
@@HugeRMCFanBoY-bx3odI didn't say it didn't look like a good coaster. Did I? I said there's not much to the ride. I do think Intamin accelerators are decent rides. Not much to those either though.
Looks slow and forceless, honestly.
Just look at that pacing what the hell how is it slow its one of the best paced B&Ms
Man, sure would be terrible if this roller coaster became problematic and Ryan had to make a Problematic Rollercoasters video about it. Yep. Terrible. I totally hate those videos and they're not fascinating at all. Ahem.
Looks boring
Itd be a dream if they never ran the holding brake. Such a gimmick that makes these rides so much worse than they could be
That stall was nice, but that ride is way to short
