- #steelforce is a semi underrated #hypercoaster @DorneyParkPR that provides a smooth and fast ride not to mention scenic ,and with those minimalistic restraints, this coaster is fun for everyone! Keep an eye out for the bird at 2:01 on the rails! Height: 205ft 75mph

After freeze-faming at 2:02, The bird on the right rail indeed survived at the last milli-second 🤌🏽🥃
Okay, I didn’t realize at first but I watched it in slow mow
💀
Nah...you can hear it. 🤣☠️
@@ItsDannyRobbins We shoot at 240fps and we’re able to see it just fly off and drop.
Underrated coaster. Ive always found it to have decent laterals and airtime at least towards the front.
I've gotten ejector airtime on those bunny hills toward the end. The restraints also don't close down on me fully so I fly out of my seat.
I was in the middle on it at night and I was getting bounced up and down in my seat during the 3 jumps at the end
The back is the place to be....
The best part is the super loose lap bar
This and Nitro at sfgadv will always hold a special place in my heart as my first two hyper coasters
Yup same here
nitro is not a hyper coaster as it is only 1 feet tall
@@waveiscursedAbsolutely not true at all! Nitro at Six Flags Great Adventure is a Hyper Coaster and stands MUCH TALLER than a foot. In fact, it has a height of 230 ft with a drop of 215 ft which makes it a Hyper Coaster
@@RohrbachNotDiscovered lmao was i high when writing that i dont remeber making that comment
Good Ole Steel Force! This was my first ever "mega" coaster credit. Awesome pov! 👌
Thanks girl! It’s pretty underrated lately, and so picturesque 🎥
@@EastCoasters Yeah totally! 🤌
i love when you come back from a ride and you see that one kid starring yelling " wAs iT ScArY ??
Very underrated coaster
2:35 Best brake run sound I ever heard
I love the sound, you can hear it all around the park
Shockingly sexy layout for a Morgan hyper. Great video, pal
Thanks Rob 🥃
That turnaround is great, awesome laterals all around and a solid sense of speed.
When it’s warmed up in the afternoon, it hauls.
I understand.
First coaster I ever rode. It will always be special to me for that
Same
Look at the speed in the helix and on the bunny hills at the end! Massively underrated
Great POV as always keep up the great work👏🔥.
You did very well!
just rode this today, can confirm it’s crazy
Dorney park got some crazy ride that green drop towers the dominator which is a double tou chose the green line for being shot toward the ground or the red which shoots you up. The talons pretty wicked too. I grew up in Brooklyn NY i used to walk to Coney Island from west 1st. I but yeah walked to macdonald ave and took the train to Coney station.
Backrow is super underrated. great hyper
Rode it today and it holds up really well compared to new coasters. Still very fun!!!
I just rode this 5 times today and it was fun and that airtime was good because when I was on their I was out of my seat on every hill
Hey look! Greenwald Fire Company Engine 11 at 2:11.
Still my favorite coaster of all time
You can see and feel that car twisting as it goes up the lift.
this was the first steel coaster I ever road when I was 8 or 9 :.)
I’d definitely go on that
Looks awesome, reminds me of Wild Thing at ValleyFair ! Speaking of ValleyFair, do you plan on visiting there?
Steel Force, Mamba, and Wild Thing were all constructed in the same era as near-clones.
So magnum without the airtime pops and intense turnaround? Looks real mild for a hyper
OMG is the bird a goner????
The bird at the track💀
He lived 🥃
RIP Bird
He made it actually!
this looks great! i would love it!
I don't look up how intense a coaster is I just use the east coasters uuuahhhhh meeter
The best coaster to ever grace this park was Hercules. It's a damn shame they got rid of it. Glad I was able to ride it a few times in 8th and 9th grade.
Same. It beat the shit out of me last time I rode it.
I think this is a way better ride than Hercules. Hell even Hydra is better thanHercules lol
You mean Hurt-Your-Knees?
Thunder Hawk is better than Hercules. I visited Dorney in 2000. I rode Thunder Hawk many times. Loved it. I rode Hercules once. Had to get the credit of course.
Do these Morgan hypers give any decent airtime? Or are they like Giovanola hypers?
It gives solid floater on all hills, at least on steel force because the midcourse barely trims
Wild Thing at Valleyfair has glorious floater on the camelback and the shaping on the drop gives great air especially in the back (although there is a nasty jerk in the track on the drop, bit of a bummer). The bunny hops each give good air, better in the front/back and each hill is a unique shape so it doesn't feel repetitive. It's a nice touch.
I can't speak for Wild Thing, but Steel Force does have decent airtime. Maybe not as strong as something like a B&M, but still enough to be fun and enjoyable. Defiantly a sleeper. From what I've heard the others, Steel Eel, and Superman El Último Escape, are even better.
this coaster taught me what airtime was
Steel Force coaster is probably the best out of the Morgan hypers since the mid course brakes don't hit nearly as hard as Mamba and Wild Thing. It has some great floater and even ejector moments. Definitely ride it later in the day when it's had time to warm up and the trains are full. It really makes a difference. It also gives great night rides!
The Magnum Xl200 of the east Coast and Pa and New Jersey but far more cooler because it’s way more smooth and it feels like the closer as someone said you sit to the Front the Stronger the positive and negative G Forces by the way that Seat Belt plus the Lap Bar are like the equivalent of Buzz Bars on a woodie you barely feel them keeping you in the coaster train I was holding on For Dear life during that First Drop and especially the bunny hills when I rode for the first time again since 2010 during my Trip to Dorney Park in Allentown Pa During their Operational Weekend of the season this past Weekend and the last weekend of October I got in with my mother like One Hour before opening because they actually let people in At 10 instead of Eleven so people wouldn’t wait in that ridiculously long busy time consuming line to get into an Amusement park and I rode Hydra Twice before opening and possessed or I still like to call it By it’s most coolest name change Voodoo
When did they take out the dinosaurs?????
Oooof. 😱🙈...RIP Birdie. 🐦⬛ At least it was quick?😂😭💀👻 The whole rest of the ride after the midcourse was...somber. 🤣
He made it believe it or not!🥃
At the 2:02 mark, that looks like a bad transition. Is it a rough part on the ride?
Could be the bird sitting on the right rail that might’ve caught the train😂
@o after freeze framing on my editing site, the bird indeed made it
To answer the question, it is kind of a janky transition that can jerk you a bit but aside from that this ride is very smooth.
Good coaster. Watching it now - seems a little outdated. Does it feel that way?
Actually this year, it gives great airtime in the return run and large camelback after the frost drop🥃
This thing looks massively underated, I haven't ridden it but it looks and rides better than Magnum at Cedar Point!
Steel Force is amazing and it's way better than Magnum XL-200
I agree after riding the 2, I would gladly marathon Steel Force all day. Smooth, decent airtime, and laterals and all around just a fun enjoyable ride. Magnum on the other had is a one an done. Rough, janky, and painful, even in the "magic seat".
Uhm… like why does this looks so much like Cedar Point?!
They’re pretty different
this is dorney park, but it is part of cedar fair
How much does your stomach drop on this ride?
a ton
Ah steel Forceless. Gotta love how my home park continues to neglect this park for the last 15 years 👌🏻 all we get is a stupid clown house
Your home park would rather not fire 1/4 of its employees for 1 potential ride. Dorney has about 2 years before their next attraction, and it’ll be the best in the park 🤌🏽
I have to ask why you and a number of others call this ride "Steel Forceless." It has plenty of great airtime moments, strong positive Gs and laterals. I prefer this coaster to some B&M and Intamin coasters I've ridden like Diamondback at Kings Island, and I can marathon this ride way easier than Skyrush at Hersheypark. It's unfarely lumped together with Mamba and Wild Thing.
Now, I totally agree that Dorney has been severely neglected over the years and it's a real shame. I have been dying to see a wooden coaster from Gravity Group or GCI come to this park.
@@mhtube01 it's certainly no Magnum but Steel Force packs a decent punch, especially since the trims haven't been hitting too hard lately. I think it's more forceful than Nitro tbh.
@@thomasxl200 I've never ridden Magnum but it's certainly on my list. I agree Steel Force is more forceful than Nitro, especially after the last few rides I've had on each coaster. I do like Nitro better than Diamondback, but I have to say Candymonium at Hersheypark is my current favorite B&M hyper. It's been years since I've ridden Apollo's Chariot so I'd like to get some more rides on that to refresh my memory since that's the only other B&M hyper I've ridden.
@@coastaku1954 No they don't, they're part of a roller coaster. Many of the highest ranked coaster in the world have great laterals.
Poor bird 😂😂
What happened to it?
He lived

I think it's an copy of wild thing
I guess tweety didn't make it...🙏😖
He did actually! We checked 🥃
