Everland: "Okay, we'd like a coaster that blends the best of El Toro and Balder. Intamin: "Alright, we'll do a sustained ejector hill, a twisty section, and then Balder." Everland: "You mean a section _like_ Balder, right?" Intamin: "...Yeah."
They're incredible. Haven't ridden Balder in Liseberg, but it's essentially a clone of that. I prefer it over Toro, but Toro is a far more intense ride.
The first drop and airtime hill feel almost exactly like Toro's. The in structure hills are far less severe ejector, but still satisfyingly sustained, the last three hills leading into the brakes are probably my favorite part of the whole ride
@@Tortidis987 yo b meh are you excited about the super boomerang? I’m kinda pissed because I expected something bigger and better for the 50th anniversary.
Fun fact: when it first opened, the mid course brakes barely ran. The second half of the ride was a complete rampage especially on a hot summer evening. It operated like that for a year or two until they decided to trim the f out.
Even with that strong mid course brake those airtimes deliver some ejector, especially at the back car. Without the mid course it would seriously damage the wooden structure over time.
I lived 10 minutes away from T-Express for 7 years so I got lots of rides on it. Only complaint with this RMC track is how LOUD it is. Isolate the wind in this video and listen to how it ‘clanks’ around the course. Mind Blower at FS, while much improved in terms of comfort, absolutely SCREAMS around the course.
The trains are fully weighted for this test! The slight squeaking and creaking you hear throughout the ride is due to the large metal frames that Everland attaches to the trains during test runs to simulate the weight of a full train. I wish I could post a picture here because they look so unconventional compared to the sand or water-filled ride dummies we’re used to seeing😮 like a metal frame that goes on top of the car and attaches to each seat
Im heading to Seoul this week and I was worried this Bad boy was going to be closed. Now I'm excited af 😂. I went to Gyeongju world and Draken was closed as well, Phaeton was brutal!
I could feel the airtime just watching this video! The speed on this coaster looks fantastic, and I like how there's a large section where you're zooming under other sections of the track. It gives it a unique enclosed feeling. Overall it looks like a fantastic coaster!
I rode this today. Gonna say that the retracking actually smoothed few rough spots, and enhanced the pacing. However the transition following the giant camelback still has a bit of a bite, which I wouldn't say it's a bad thing. + That iconic intamin fart is now gone. Still makes quite large noise but not the roaring sound it used to make.
I'm curious of they still are limiting dispatches to every 3 min or if they can go back to 3 train ops now that the oroblem sections have been addressed
Who knows, but I don't see it happening for some time. SFGAdv, unlike Heide Park, Liseburg, and Everland, makes their own track for El Toro instead of ordering it from Intamin (or now in Everland's case, RMC). They just re-tracked a lot of El Toro and supposedly its running extremely smooth right now and it has just had a lot of major work done on the structure following its two back to back accidents. El Toro will probably stay wood track for the foreseeable future.
Hey Ryan sometime you should come out to lagoon in Utah, cannibal is a great coaster and me and my fellow ops would love to see the coaster idiots there!
@@oldchannel611 yea i just realized. didnt really read the title lol. i still think its wood bc zambezi zinger has the GCI titan track and still is considered a wooden coaster
And I know this is probably an amazing coaster that everyone loves, but watching this POV for the first time, it looks like a bunch of bunny hills. The camera looks a bit distorted so maybe that attributed to it? I absolutely believe this is a top tier coaster, just weird watching this POV and thinking it looks wildly boring.
This uses a cable lift instead of a chain lift. El Toro, Skyrush, Expedition GeForce, Millennium Force, and Intimidator 305 use the same system. It sends an elevator cable down to the train to catch on to and lifts it up like an elevator instead of having a continuously running lift chain.
honestly Id rather these parks add the rmc track instead of the wood, from what ive seen all the rides with the new track have been running faster then they did with wood track.

The sound of up-stop airtime is magical!
Love the sound
Put some headphones on and listen to it if you haven't already.
Edit: Reminds me a bit of the sound of an LSM launch. Like a roar.
this is a LONG and fantastic coaster, i can only imagine how those in-structure airtime hills feel
The head choppers are insane
Seriously on top of my list of 100 or so coasters. Right up there with Daddy SteVe.
They are absolutely wicked, you get ejected on every one so hard
They're incredible. Haven't ridden Balder in Liseberg, but it's essentially a clone of that. I prefer it over Toro, but Toro is a far more intense ride.
i bet they feel like the ones on Balder :D
That first hills airtime has to be nuts. Also could you imagine if it didn’t have that mid course brake run…
Those in-structure airtime hills would be even more terrifying.

I was gonna say, this thing sounds squeakier than a Call of Duty lobby. Glad it still runs well, though!
That thing is absolutely flying!! Holy smokes that looks like fun!!🤙
That looks like a fantastic rollercoaster!
Didn’t even realize how long this coaster was until watching this lol.
Its absolutely hauling and I'm so excited
Yeah.
For so early in the season, seems like it's hauling.

The fish eye lens helps to heighten the sense of speed, too. It is definitely flying, though.
I saw the ride opening day with full train. Even in the morning, it runs surprisingly fast.
I could feel the strong pops of ejector. Looks smooth and she's hauling.
Im heading to Seoul this week and I was worried this Bad boy was going to be closed. Now I'm excited af 😂. I went to Gyeongju world and Draken was closed as well, Phaeton was brutal!
It's open since last Saturday! The ride is running very fast with full train!
Looks like its running better than ever!
This looks like if Balder and Toro had a baby. It’s got the first half of Toro, and the middle of Balder.

First drop gave me whiplash so bad I went on it six more times. Amazing rollercoaster. One of the best I’ve ever been on!
What a fantastic coaster from start to finish!
Fuck, this thing may need to be added to my coaster bucket list alongside I305, Ejanaika, Skyrush and Hakugei
The difference before and after the MCBR seems really big in favor of the RMC track, wow.
😊😊😊
Looks amazing! Wish there were more of them like this & Toro!
I wish I lived near there looks like an amazing coaster, put it on my bucket list
I see that even with the 208 retrak. There is still the classic intamin fart
The fart is even noisier in 208 sections!
thing is running like lightning
That looks fantastic!
You can hear those upstop wheels putting in work! This is on my bucket list.
I always thought the cable lift is so cool :)
The mid course trimmed the train to a crawl, and it STILL powered through the second section. Something is up...
Wow this coaster looks absolutely insane! Wouldnt be suprised if thats the best Wooden coaster in the world..
I thought you added your break run sound effect a few times there but nope thats what it sounds like lol
This coaster looks like so much fun.

Row 10 is the sweet spot. We did rode 2 and were in so much pain 😅 amazing coaster!
That first drop on T Express catches you off guard man, it's almost vertical!
That is awesome! Man I want to ride that so bad!
i am riding this in june and i am soo excited. this would be my 50th coaster!
This looks sick!!!!!
Now that's a roller fuckin coaster, why can't we have anything like this in the UK
This would be a top 3 for sure
Holy shit, that looks fast AF!
I'm curious of they still are limiting dispatches to every 3 min or if they can go back to 3 train ops now that the oroblem sections have been addressed
Is this smooth at least i havent been recently but it was pretty crazy before
That’s wild!!
Dam this thing means business!
SmOOth
Will Great Adventure do the same with El Toro?

The airtime looks so good
Bro went all the way there for this pov
I live half an hour away and I didn't know HAHAHAHA the amount of information you have is scary
1:25 There is still a bit of rough vibration in the S curve section, but it is still okay.
Rough is an understatement
New ElPOVRyan vid just dropped
the whole ride after the midcourse breakrun is basically a copy of Balder at Liseberg
have you followed the canadas wonderland 2025 coaster at all, and if so are you thinking intamin like the rest of us are
is this the only coaster that contains the layout of another coaster while not being a remake
i think so lmao
The only thing working harder than those up-stop wheels, is the mid-course break run
Did they retract the whole thing
*CHOOO CHOOOOO*
_haulin'_ 🚂
How loud is the coaster now?
Is it openn to the public now? I will be at Seoul next week
It already opened this week
Can you choose the row? I want to try last row
it seems really smooth now, though the wind peaking the audio really doesn't help lol
Hey Ryan sometime you should come out to lagoon in Utah, cannibal is a great coaster and me and my fellow ops would love to see the coaster idiots there!
Wonder how long it'll be before el toro gets the same treatment
I can't tell from this angle but does anyone know what percentage has been retracked?
About 30%. 1st Drop to MCBR
Where is this located? I’m intrigued.
Everland, Yongin-si, Gyeonggi-do (1hr away from seoul), South Korea

The sound of airtime 🫨
This is what I believe should happen with El Toro in the future (more quiet and graceful than…..this)
How much of the track was replaced with 208?
From the first drop to MCBR
I wonder if they’ll do the same to el toro
I want to like this coaster, but it annoys me so much that the MCBR comes after just the second drop
That thing was cooking
At this point I wouldn't be surprised if eltororyan had been to north korea

Does this mean it’s no longer a wood coaster? It seems like it’s been entirely retracked with steel
im pretty sure its rmc’s wooden track like on outlaw run

Glad to hear the Intamin fart is still around!
still can't believe everglow rode this T-T
If Only El toro had the retrack.
RMC is going to build a lot more master pieces like Wildcats Revenge and Arieforce one
What’s this things length?
1,641m 5,383ft
Did you like it? It’s my number 1.
Lets gooo
Going to Japan was incredible, but somehow I find the idea of Korea much more difficult. Anyone here got any tips for airports and stuff? :)
Hunan Ryan!
They should rmc eltoro
This thing sounds demonic - especially at 2:12
DOLLYWOOD TAKE NOTES
I heard there was reprofiling here, i hope it doesn’t ruin the airtime
RMC kept the profiling exactly the same!
@@ElToroRyan i was told there was slight reprofiling.

roller coaster...
If you move to South Korea will you become TExpressRyan
Do you prefer T-Express or ElToro,Ryan ?
Looks better than El Toro
Looks way smoother than the track they put on mine blower and thank god. Idk what rmc did to mine blower but they did it wrong
It’s more a problem with the transitions from wood to 208. And there are multiple on mine blower. I thought it was smooth on the 208.
I wonder if Mt. Olympus could this to Hades...
