Yes man i was thinking about that yesterday, when i saw the video of Roman building the helipad in the land, they went to the and a kid wanted a picture.. its always only been Roman and or Britt, Why no one ever wants pictures with Nate?? Give the guy credit… Nate will be big one day, get pictures with him before that happens!!… I personally can’t wait to stumble apon these fellows!
I worked around them, often, while I was in, also. The ones we were with are trained completely different. Since these are trained for "family first; business second", they would be fine. Besides, I would trust a well trained K9 over most humans, anyway. People suck, way more often.
Ive been around a few dogs that were trained by one of the MARSOC trainers (the guy that owned the dogs was friends with the trainer), the dogs are super impressive and will die before they quite but the amount of upkeep and exercise these dogs need on a daily basis is next level. I have a German Short haired Pointer and he requires at least an hour of hard running a day to not be annoying as fuck, its hard enough to maintain a good off leash recall, i couldn't imagine needing to upkeep the training on one of those dogs.
100k dog will do whatever. They're sold in a mature state. Not a puppy state. We have one in our area for police dogs, dutch shepherds. It's a puppy mill for police and military. They're caged up to 3-4 years then sold
The problem with the dogs, they don't have personalities. They're trainer soldiers. Totally different than a "trained' family dog Roman knows this. He's probably getting one for free or extremely discounted. Trainer said, trying it out first time of the heli bc of u. I wouldn't put it past roman if he owns this company already LoL
My son and I LOVED this video, we have a German Shepherd dog too, we went through obedience training twice and he just turned 2 he’s getting so so good and so protective, I can only imagine him with the trainer you helped out with your heli, I am with you though I cannot imagine spending 100k on a pup, ours is a rescue he has a bit of lab in him but he is mainly GSD his mama was full shepherd. Gotta love them dogs! I’m with Brit you guys need a big dog! It’s just my son and I at home and our dog makes us feel SO extremely safe

If you actually got one of these dogs, you have to respect how high energy, but most importantly how high intelligence these dogs are. Every day is training and every day you need to be their leader. There are no brakes ever not continuing to be these dogs leader every day is doing it to service to this dog.
The upkeep on a Belgian Malinois is next level. You like the idea of having one, you don’t actually want one. Their energy levels never deplete. You can’t just throw them outside and expect them to let off steam you need to mentally stimulate them…
My German Shorthair is giving me the bored attitude as I watch this. I think they are on par with Malinois, bread for work not house life. I try to dissuade anybody who's not super active outdoors (daily) from having one.

As well as German shepherds eastern and western. $1500.00 for training up to 20 commands. Ever seen the movie Max? They trained that dog. They also train dogs for law enforcement. They are a well established company. Those ain't worth 100k he ain't got no special cloned breed. I've had jax for two years, he's my shadow.

I kept hearing Brittany say "it's trained" "it's trained" "it's trained" and all I kept thinking is them dogs require CONTINUOUS training. You don't just buy a trained working/ guard dog and you're set. you need to continuously keep working with those dogs to keep them that way. Those dogs require way more work, time, and training than your average everyday trained dogs like Zeus or flash. You need to be just as dedicated to the time required and training as that dog is to working or else it'll never work.

I train working dogs as well, and this was some of the best working canine content I've seen on the internet. What made it truly unique was that rather than being another highlight reel of the dogs abilities, you showed the progressive nature of the training process we must use to build a stable and reliable dog . I really wish you would have identified your buddies kennel. It would have been great if you would have discussed the costs for a civilian trainer to train dogs to that level. The short heli session you showed here would have cost me at least $5,000 where I live, and that is just one of the costs associated with training dogs to this level. It's really expensive to train these dogs, but dogs that have the training and performance like what you showed here are worth every penny.

I grew up watching Roman Atwoods man. Noah was little, and Kane was just born. I knew where you came from and how much you have grown with your own family. It's happy to see you still kicking.
Don't worry about the training they are so eager to learn,. My boy is 16 months old and I collected him when he was 10 weeks old and hadn't been on a leash or trained in any way, within less than 10 minutes he had sit buy word command down pat so I thought I would add to it with a single finger click on the second try he nailed it and still he sits with either way. I was totally blown away
I adopted an Australian Cattle Dog... She's 40 - 45lbs... She sounds like a hundred pound German Sheppard... through the door.... She's intense around new people, which I like. People don't come close if I don't know you... Easy to train... Super smart, but like a Malinois, they can think on their own... can be good or bad...lol No, really think for them selves... Awesome channel...
Those dogs love to work and have so much energy. My son has Shepherd/Mali mix. Same kind of energy and super super smart. Plus has been trained on bite work and different scents. That’s awesome for you guys to do.

My grandparents had 4 German shepherds that were trained as guard dogs they were also the sweetest babys ever. My grandma had two at home while the other two went to work with my grandpa. One day my grandma had a stroke and the two dogs wouldn't let any one in to get to her even a man they knew their whole life's my grandpa had to rush home and release them from their job because they went into protection mode. Grandma lived btw.
I have 2 farm trained Africanis hounds (very similar in looks, size and strength to the black malanois. Africanis is an evolved african hound from egyptian origins almost 6000 years ago). My boys are well trained, intelligent, extremely territorial, and very protective. Massive energy level and need to be worked and busy constantly. They are excellent family/tribe dogs, but if someone unknown comes onto my property their protection instinct kicks into overdrive, and this can be a risk. Best example of this was when my ex-wife brought my son back from a weekend visit and she daftly brought her new boyfriend onto the farm without telling me, then he jumped out the car, stuck his hand out and approached me to shake my hand, one hound feigned attacking from the front, while the other flanked him and sunk teeth into the back of his leg, only then did I give the command to stop. It was a great day, raw steak dinners for my good boys! So my advise is this, have a dog like this properly trained, my dogs get a touch unpredicatable with unknowns like above (training issue that was my error, now corrected. I found that out with someone worth getting bit and luckily not a friend's child or a friend). These type of dogs need to be constantly exercised and challenged - physically and mentally. It is a big, and long term commitment, think about it carefully.

one of my dogs is an ex-police dog trained in apprehension and bomb detection, he’s a malinois as well and is truly an amazing dog. although i got him for free, 100k is insane!

@@mrrobot3ki agree with that last sentence but having huskies my whole life… they’re not the easiest or simplest dogs to train lol even after being trained they are extremely stubborn. Same with a lot of these working breeds if they’re not being stimulated enough.

Don't worry about the training they are so eager to learn,. My boy is 16 months old and I collected him when he was 10 weeks old and hadn't been on a leash or trained in any way, within less than 10 minutes he had sit buy word command down pat so I thought I would add to it with a single finger click on the second try he nailed it and still he sits with either way. I was totally blown away
Now that would be a great Claw Game prize!! 😂.. But for real you need 2 of them. Mike and the boys days are numbered 😂

She sounds like a hundred pound German Sheppard... through the door....

Those dogs love to work and have so much energy. My son has Shepherd/Mali mix. Same kind of energy and super super smart. Plus has been trained on bite work and different scents. That’s awesome for you guys to do.

My grandparents had 4 German shepherds that were trained as guard dogs they were also the sweetest babys ever. My grandma had two at home while the other two went to work with my grandpa. One day my grandma had a stroke and the two dogs wouldn't let any one in to get to her even a man they knew their whole life's my grandpa had to rush home and release them from their job because they went into protection mode. Grandma lived btw.

I have 2 farm trained Africanis hounds (very similar in looks, size and strength to the black malanois. Africanis is an evolved african hound from egyptian origins almost 6000 years ago). My boys are well trained, intelligent, extremely territorial, and very protective. Massive energy level and need to be worked and busy constantly. They are excellent family/tribe dogs, but if someone unknown comes onto my property their protection instinct kicks into overdrive, and this can be a risk. Best example of this was when my ex-wife brought my son back from a weekend visit and she daftly brought her new boyfriend onto the farm without telling me, then he jumped out the car, stuck his hand out and approached me to shake my hand, one hound feigned attacking from the front, while the other flanked him and sunk teeth into the back of his leg, only then did I give the command to stop. It was a great day, raw steak dinners for my good boys!
So my advise is this, have a dog like this properly trained, my dogs get a touch unpredicatable with unknowns like above (training issue that was my error, now corrected. I found that out with someone worth getting bit and luckily not a friend's child or a friend). These type of dogs need to be constantly exercised and challenged - physically and mentally. It is a big, and long term commitment, think about it carefully.

Awesome video!!!! Loved watching the dog run out of the chopper! But those dogs need constant training and running! They are the best at what they do but they take so much time during the day due to their energy! Very high strung!!!!! You would need hire someone to take care of the dog!

I have a cop friend who had a bite dog and the dog turned on him in just play mode. My sister had a german Shepard who was trained by the police she worked with. He only liked her and me. He hated everyone else. I'm not saying these dogs will turn on anyone in your family but the majority of the time they are a one person dog.
