    Good tips, also donโ€™t forget to add that if your bottom is curving upwards it can cause lower back injurie. Love the video, keep it up!!

    This guy is so knowledgeable, but Iโ€™m always so concerned about my knees when theyโ€™re that low on the platform. Any nuggets of info on that?

    I hope someone invents a machine that mimics the squat exactly. What if the leg press's back rest was more vertical (at a much lower angle) wouldn't it be a more effective exercise? Leg presses I suppose are good but when you squat instead of doing leg press, you are not able to lift anywhere near the same weight.

    Actually you wanna keep your spin straight not arched like that in a squat .. you will injure yourself squaring like that and pls donโ€™t comment you donโ€™t know . Iโ€™m 220 lbs 12% body fat 6 ft 33 years old Iโ€™ve been body building and power lifting long enough to know a straight back is ideal not a curved back
