This guy is so knowledgeable, but Iโm always so concerned about my knees when theyโre that low on the platform. Any nuggets of info on that?
I hope someone invents a machine that mimics the squat exactly. What if the leg press's back rest was more vertical (at a much lower angle) wouldn't it be a more effective exercise? Leg presses I suppose are good but when you squat instead of doing leg press, you are not able to lift anywhere near the same weight.

Actually you wanna keep your spin straight not arched like that in a squat .. you will injure yourself squaring like that and pls donโt comment you donโt know . Iโm 220 lbs 12% body fat 6 ft 33 years old Iโve been body building and power lifting long enough to know a straight back is ideal not a curved back
